I would like to gain some weight (10 lbs would be good), but it seems like it's impossible for me. I tried to eat alot, but since i play basketball alot, i think i lose alot of calories due to it. I do lift weights (3-4 times a week). If i take creatine, lift weight and still play basketball, do you think i will be able to gain 10 lbs? and how long will it usually take for me to gain 10lbs? also, what are the bad side effects of creatine that you have notice?
