17/01/2010 - 167.0 LBS -1lbs
18/01/2010 - 166.0 LBS -1lbs
21/01/2010 - 168.2 LBS + 2.2 LBS
22/01/2010 - 168.6 LBS +0.4LBS

Well not looking like I will lose too much today unless i have a good day. I caught a glimpse of myself in the supermarket mirror last night and wasnt happy one bit. With the overall weight and look and how my self esteem has dropped since this weight has gone back on, not happy. Keep on trying.

End of wekk two, lost 0.8lbs so all in all I am pretty ok with that.

See what this week brings, exercise is key.

Nothing lost all week but stepped down on exercise which I think is the biggest factor and slipped a bit eating which of course is a huge factor.

Not overly disappointed as I usually would be so will keep plodding on.

Quite amazed that I start week 4 only 168.2 as I have gone off the boil big time this week, still cannot work out why I cave in the way I do. Nightmare.

Ok, I got carried away and totally forgot about the Valentines challenge, and I mean totally forgot until I came on here today.

I am now involved with a charity weight loss challenge which I hope I am successful at.

Still 12.1 in fact I have gained weight since joining this forum which is unreal and dishearteneing as I lost a stone when I joined.

Things have got to simply change, no more excuses, change.

hey crazymaizy..hope you've been good? i see your going through the same struggles as i am...i pretty much threw my diet/exercise out of the window over the holidays and haven't gotten back to the thick of things till now. i'm now on my 3rd day of health eating and hoping i can stay that way...but the cravings are really killing me right now. i've fed my body crap for the past two months and now its really hard to get off of it but i'm really fighting to stay on the wagon.

i also put on pounds, i'd gotten to 306 (was 6 pounds shy of getting the heck out of the 300 club), but now i'm back at 314 and pissed about it :( i'm hoping i can get back to the same discipline i had before...and hoping i can get back to the gym at some point.

i joined anotherdietforum.com by the way...i'm on there abit more often because it's a smaller community and has some regulars who were on here around the time i joined. i pop in here once and again but it kinda got lonely for me which started to kill my motivation too.

oh well, just thought i should say hey and let you know your not alone. wishing you all the best at the charity weight loss challenge. all the best xoxo

12.3 LBS - 15/3/10

Right, here again, thought I'd log on and get some motivation, what the hell is this all about, cant get past 12 stone barrier when I used to be 8 stone plus, I dont wish to be back to that but around 10.7 stone would be fab, not asking too much but cannot get my act together.

Joined a weight loss class and will use this forum too, in a rush now as it was spur of the moment to log on but going to really try my best now.

Adding food so far and pointing up as Im following weight watchers as that worked in the past for me to track my food.

Cornflakes - 2.5
Milk - 1
Shake for lunch - 3
Banana - 1
Cake - 2
Pizza 3.5
Salad 1
Mayo 1 = 14.5 total

Have a shortened few days due to over indulgence yesterday big style.
