Can sumone help me, ive been cramping up a lot lately, i do bech presses, and the front of my armpit has been cramping up (deltoid), and it causes major pain sumtimes. When i do those leg curl things my gluteus medius ( below hip) cramps and most of the time i gotta manually move it with my hands. And when i do leg pressesmy groin (next to the hip joint and leg joint)
