Cramps Everywhere

Can sumone help me, ive been cramping up a lot lately, i do bech presses, and the front of my armpit has been cramping up (deltoid), and it causes major pain sumtimes. When i do those leg curl things my gluteus medius ( below hip) cramps and most of the time i gotta manually move it with my hands. And when i do leg pressesmy groin (next to the hip joint and leg joint)
cramps up crazily, i take multivitamins and everything, wats going on and how can i prevent it?
 
Are you getting enough water? You should consume 1 liter for every 60 minutes you work out. Are you stretching before you begin? How bout during? How many warm up sets do you do, and at what weight?
 
stretch a little after your warmup sets

stretch more after your workout, and again the next morning when you wake up.
