He was VERY VERY SEXY :reddevil: and I loveeed his apron!! So HOT!! Very Stylish, I must say!!..I think the main trainer is hot too!! I really like him too!! :drool5:! He can come train me anyday!!!It was a great episode ...I just love seeing how though we always want something deep within us, our resistance and our subconscious mind and it's defense mechanisms won't allow change rapidly.

It's tough...but I'm happy for them being there!!! They are really at the best place ever!! Jillian is TOUGH ..no joke!! She makes you CRY!!!...A saying I used to hear was "If your WHY doesn't make you cry; it's not strong enough!" this was applied in different settings, but for them,...she makes it apply!

....I hope to keep smashing pounds like this Until I'm at GOAL!! hahah!!!...(142 right now)..then adjust :)

Yesterday I completed the Lease Agreement!! :jump:!! I can now Schedule Clients in my office!! :cheers2:!!! I'm gonna start scheduling some this week, for maybe next week, or for this Friday!! :D!!! (I graduate completely at the end of April, and the ceremony is in October,...so by then I WILL BE LOOKING HOT!! :drool5:!

It's kinda nerve wrecking how this is all REALLY happening!! I mean, I'm really really doing this shit!! hahah!!...It's just GREAT!!! I love Hypnotherapy!!! (and I see how it's helping me tons too!!) I used to practice a lot of self Hypnosis, and that's even how I run marathons!! hahah! ;)! Whatever works right!!

....Last night, I didn't go out, and instead came home and watched my show. I get home EVERY night at 10:30 pm if not later! ...but I make the best of it!! :D!! I really use my time effectively for the most part, and I'm so grateful for the things that are manifesting in my life!! I think weight smashing has a lot to do with inner alignment of the mind, body, and emotions,...so I've been making sure to meditate daily (these past 3 weeks) and Make it a Point to clarify my thoughts! I feel Great!!! :hurray:

Didn't drink last night, didn't snack last night (out of the healthy), and Exercised, and meditated and did self hypnosis with my recorded session from last week. :D!! OoooouuuuuuUUUU!!

1/4 banana slices
1 hot senna tea

Snack: 1 Weight Watchers little cake (100 cals)

Snack: 1/4 banana
1/4 cup of Brown Rice mixed w/ 1 egg white
16 oz. of water


Lunch: 2 Spicy Tuna hand Rolls (no Rice, just cucumber)
1 miso soup
1 1/2 hot saki
1 vegetable hand roll -no rice

Snack: 1 weight watchers cake (100)

SnacK: 3 Large Hefenweiser beer (I dunno 16 oz. -20oz. each!! :( ) :banghead:!!!


Exercise: Something turned into nothing! MY AVATAR LOOKS SO BUFF, I just want to HELP HER OUT TO MAINTAIN with some EXERCISE!! ;)!!! :smilielol5:!!!

I'm so excited!! :D! I put it out there..that I was ready to see clients NOW, and now I have a Pro Bono client for Friday, one for Monday...and a whole list of them who want Hypnotherapy and are waiting to make appts.!! :jump:!!! ....Now, I have to find the time!!! :D!!! Drank Way too much Hefenweiser beer Yesterday. Ptttrrr !!! :banghead: ....but I'm calling that one the ONLY time of the month for beer like that!! I'm gonna have to work hard for it now, but I didn't snack. That was a plus!!! (smoothe moove tea does the trick :p: ;) ) HA!! :smilielol5:...if u know what I mean!

1 little weight watchers cake AGAIN! :drool5:!!..they are so damn good!!! Carrot Cake flavor!!

Snack: 1/4 cup of Brown Rice mixed w/ black beans
16. oz water

Dinner: 1/4 cup Brown Rice w/ 1/2 palm size little chunks of chicken. Terriyaki taste. (small tiny salad plate size)
1 hot cup of Senna Tea


Exercise: I took a day off yesterday, so Back to the Grind of SMASHING today! :D!! GO PINK TEAM!!! :smash: :party:!

Exercise: 25 mins. Maximize Full Backside Jillian Michaels video w/ 10 lb weights
20 mins. Cardio Kick Box w/ Jillian Michaels video w/ 8lbs weights (SO SORE!!!)
20 mins. Yoga Meditating Poses & Music! "Calm the wobbly mind!"

I feel much more Serene :Angel_anim: and calm afterwards, and it allows me time to dump all the negatives!! In the morning when you just wake up, as well as when you go to bed, are the most important times of the day, where you can actually change a lot of your subconscious programming for change with attacking it with positive affirmations.

Bkfst: 2 1/2 egg whites-scrambled w/ onions, tomato, green bell pepper, sea salt, and pepper
1 cup of Hot Senna Tea (smoothe move) haha! --as long as you eat clean...you are good...but watch yourself!! ;)!

Snack: 1/2 little weight watchers carrot thumb size cake (50 cals)
1/4 cup of Brown Rice mixed w/ Black beans
8 oz. of water

Snack: (will be) 1/2 grapefruit

Lunch: (will be) 1/2 grapefruit
1/4 cup of Brown Rice mixed w/ Black Beans

Snack: (will be) banana?

Dinner: (will be) ...hmmm...gonna go light cause I'm going to have drinks with a friend from High School. Should be fun, sticking to Rum and Diet Coke!!! No excuses!!! NO BEER!!! :D!

I'm completing a Weight Loss Certification course on Saturday for Hypnotherapy...that should be fun to complete tomorrow!! :D!!

...Afterwards, I have planned a 10 mile run w/ my running partner!
...Sunday, I have 9 mile run HUGE HILLS to Hollywood Sign, Agape Spiritual Center, then a friend's Jewlery Party, then maybe a Friend's Tea Party, then home to relax!!!

...Who the heck throws tea parties anymore!?!? :D!! hahah!!!...I've never been to one!...but it sounds interesting!! :)!! We'll see....and I might have a friend who wants a Hypnotherapy session at her house for Sunday too!...Not sure yet!...:D!

Gonna take it easy on the alcohol, during the weekend...and make sure to steer clear of beer! The good thing is I got the craving out of the way the other day!

My bf went out last night, so didn't get to see him. I fell asleep before he got home...and I'm going out tonight...so might see him later at night. Got to leave early in the morning, so won't see him then either, coming back late night Saturday too, so will see him for a couple hours then...and Sunday...going to do a 9 mile Run to Hollywood sign PURE HILLS, then shower, Agape center, Jewlery Party, Tea party,..and then home,...so won't see him until night time! :( I miss him! :beating:!! Space grows the heart fonder sometimes! (though we do live together!)

On the food front: No worries!! Snacking has been under control. I've been able to steer clear of the chocolate truffles this week. Got a bit more alcohol intake than I wanted, but I planned for most of the days. Gonna try to eat Raw Food/Vegan Food this weekend only! (for the most part)

Exercise front: Doing good with Jillians, my running is filled with endurance. It's mainly mind over matter, and the weather has been treating me STUPENDOUS!! Rain or shine, getting runs in this weekend. Still doing the 1/2 Marathon on Feb. 7th! :D! Excited about my metal!! :) And getting variety in with the workouts. Trying to take no more than 2 days off a week! Can't wait for Tuesday's weigh in!! :D!! & for Tuesday's episode of the Biggest Loser!!!

I've been working on ME though!!! & That's IMPORTANT FOR SUCCESS!! :sifone:

Ah, you lead a varied and exciting life Alta. The weight loss hynotherapy course sounds cool. The tea party reminds me of my Mexican sister-in-law who taught English in South Korea for a year and joined a little old ladies tea group. Too cute.

Good luck on the run tomorrow - you are doing sooo fabulous.

Every time I look on here I feel ashamed!! Once again, the strict diet and great exercise makes my efforts look poor lol.

Keep it up!! And stay away from that evil alcohol :D (easier said than done I find!) x
 
Hi Alta. You do so much, I can't even read it all! :D Just thought I'd let you know I tried hypnotherpay a few days ago and I enjoyed it. It was quite soothing.
