Yesterday I headed to the
Professional Running Store and I bought some of those
COOL sweat soaking up socks - buy 3 get one free

but they are kinda pricey $8-9 dollars each

and I bought some goup gel for my long run this weekend and some electrolyte thing to put in your drink and I bought the belt that carries the 4 little water jugs for $38 dollars and you can carry goup for the long run.
... I swear
me & the mornings just don't mix :-( I tried to get up early but it doesn't work since I go to be so damn late like at 1:30 am doing all the crap I need to after work and school....So tonight after school...I guess I have to do it...
NIGHT RUNS...I am not going to let this schedule not allow me to get these damn runs in
!!!...I HAVEEEE TO!!!!
Sunday I am meeting with my
NEW running partner that I haven't met yet..

I met her on
meetup.com and she is SUPER nice

and we email and text and I spoke to her a couple days ago!
She is excited too & we decided to do this Run together in November some CRAZY hill run she found for us that is
STRAIGHT incline for like an
18-19 miler. She is intimidated and SO AM I.

..sounds like a challenge!

So that is exciting as well!!!
We both are in much
need of encouragement and someone counting on you for long runs...and decided to mix it up with the running group runs from time to time!
Should be fun!!!----
Other than that...I am trying to make these extra hours at school work for me and try to catch a video conference before my actual class to try and make some of my elective hours and not leave them for the last minute, so I can't seem to workout between after work and before class anymore during the week...booo, yet time is really cracking down and within a one month period I start my clinical residency and start seeing clients in my OWN Hypnotherapy office!!! YAY!!!!!!..

To help myself a bit as well,.... I have been recording for myself some nice weight loss and general well being
"Hypnosis Suggestions" on my phone at night and listen to them in coordination to some relaxing music and drift off into my sleep"...
I plan to change them 2-3 times a week so that I can benefit from some new suggestions to my subconscious mind as well as to build confidence in myself and to gain control over my behaviors.
Also,...
I chose my personal mentor and Hypnotherapist for myself this past week, she is Purely amazing and I am really excited and she has about 20 years experience in the industry and is VERYYYY successful and has an aura that is amazing and I am in the process of getting approval and should start MY OWN hypnotherapy sessions with her within a week at max two I beleive.
Hmmm...
I wonder what I should work on first.

....Confidence?! Running Marathon?!?! Being a successful hypnotherapist?! Weight Loss (which is hard and has a 5-10% success rate cause it is 95% emotional and it's hard to go through and break down each and every defense mechanism we place to protect the status quo-YET does work for a lot of people!), Consistency!?!? Organization!?!? Procrastination?!?! Self Sabotage?!!? Tardiness?!?!?!...
Hmmmm....so much to work on on the INSIDE of me....!!! hahah
