Hey Girl!!!..Woa, yes you can run...I swear!!...Last night as I was doing sprints up this hill, I was remembering CLEARLY the first day I started running like it was yesterday and I couldn't even complete 1/4 of a block!!Hey! You are doing so great. 17miles is just crazzzzzzzzy!! (to me lol) You go girl! I love the whole mojo thing, I keep saying I need to get my mojo back. You have inspired me to try to run this weekend....TRY. The only running I have done has been after my daughter so I'm not sure how this will turn out but whatever. Keep up the great work!

!That's weird because I was thinking the same thing. July and August seemed to be really lousy months for so many members here. But so far September has been kind to so many of us who struggled the prior two months. At least with our weight loss and finess goals that is. Alta has been kicking ass lately.

OMG!!!...I hear you!!!!...I think this weekend I'm gonna throw in a 20 miler..and just do it too...since I have til OCT. 11 and I really need the confidence. I assume that on race day, the crowd and the cheering and all the little old people SMOKING MY ASS..will motivate me and keep me going to the end!!Nice work! This weekend was a pain for many runners that are training for early October marathons. It's the longest run before the race. The training mileage tapers down from now on...which is a great feeling!
I ran 20 on Sat. in a hilly forest with my running partner...we were so dead afterward that we laid on the ground near my car and didn't move for a long time (probably because we couldn't)

3-Tuesday-35 min. 3.5 miles hill repeat Sprints! 10 intervals of super fast sprints and walk- slight hills. & 10 mins of Dance Yoga moves @ 11:20 pm after my run-Nice Core Work!
4- Wednesday- 30 mins. of Hardcore Naked Dance working out- Including Yoga moves, squats, salsa, belly dancing and straight up getting jiggy with it!...SUPER SWEATY and SORE!
5- Thursday-(SUPER SORE) NONE--super busy-got home @ 2 am. Big Wangs.

10-Tuesday- 30 mins of 5lb weights moving in the air and doing non stop different sets, while doing side stepper (kinda like stair master just home version and no handles)-sweaty while on lunch.--plan to do like an 8 mile run tonight.
NO TIME FOR PITY ALTA~! You have work to do from now on!!!!...Everyday consistent!!!!!!!!!! Oct 11 is right around the corner!!!!!

..Our base of associations of "knowns" as we call them are learned from the ages of 0-8. For me I hadn't realized how much I was still holding onto from the past. It was deep!

.....then after class last night...I got out and went home and at 11:00pm threw on my running shoes....and went for a foot motored ride
with the dog..for a quick 5 miles, with Sprint Intervals the last 3/4 of mile!....Otis was DYING,.....hahah
