Nothing Better than a MORNING SWIM!!! Wooohoo!!!

Makes it worth the fight ya know!!
So last night, me and my bf went to a nice restaurant and I had a HUGE yummy salad!!! It was delicious and he had a Vegetarian Baked potato!!

.It's so funny to see him still wanting to be a vegetarian and even embarking on "my new Raw Eating life"!!! Go figure ..who woulda thought! It definitely helps though, and it's good for him too!! He's probably doing a 50 % Raw and 50 % vegetarian...on most days!! lol..cause he'll allow for the cheese and yesterday I saw he switched the Soy Milk back to his regular milk ...LOL.... His cravings for hamburgers are getting ridiculous and Commercials have him like a ZOMBIE!!!
Exercise yesterday: didn't quite pan out the way I wanted... but I still got
25 mins. of Yoga in
Exercise Today: ....So I DID IT!!! I got up @ 5:40 am, and I got dressed and headed out to the Outdoor Pool @ Bally's Gym and Swam for 35 mins-Laps! 20 mins of Hot Yoga in Sauna -total of 45 mins in Sauna!!!
I timed the average lap, and it was about
26-28 seconds per lap!
Not bad...! I was definitely huffing and puffing...woooa...I used to swim like 10 years ago....haha...but WHO KNEW swimming was gonna wear me out....!!! I loved it!!! It was great!!
...though my worst fear did come true about swimming!!
...Last night, I was so anxious to go swimming already I woke up at
3 am, and I couldn't go back to sleep, and I started thinking about how windy it is so early and how the pool is outdoors and Man how that is really really early to be swimming.

..haha, and how cold it's gonna be super cold and bRRrrrr.....!!!! So I go to sleep, get over it, and this morning look for my swimsuit and of course...couldn't find it

,
even though I just tried it on last week!! ....So I was left to opt for one that fits a tad bit big all over!!
It wouldn't have been that bad if while I was swimming the stupid thing didn't keep riding up my ass and making it a THONG!!! hahah!!!

....and to TOP IT OFF...I have no Idea how I got a bruise the size of a plum on one of my cheeks , which was completely visible to everyone!!! ....
embarrassing!! And then....hahah....while I'm doing laps, I notice that there is this little old nice looking Asian Man doing laps as well, two lanes down. Everything was normal, a nice smile from him and the others and I kept doing my laps,....right.....but wait...then as I'm coming back from one of the laps...
.I look at this Little Nice Asian Man look that he had on his face BEFORE turned into a PERVERTED LITTLE HORNY ASIAN MAN LOOK with a HUGEEEEE SMILE GRIN...... and I wonder "what the hell he is smiling so hard at...and I finish my lap and touch my chest and OMG.....I was flashing him my LEFT TIT!!! haha

....so after all that mumbo jumbo, I tied a knot at the neck and I fixed that and let that stupid shit ride up my butt and I DIDN'T LET IT KILL MY WORKOUT!!! ....at the end of story I loved it!!! 3 times a week sounds good to me!!! Regardless, I'm proud of myself for doing it!
Breakfast today: Raw Food Juice Shake
-Organic Almond Milk
-One Pear (I try to buy them all organic, but its hard!)
- 1/2 banana
- 3 strawberries
- Cinnamon, Tablespoon of Syrup Agave-Organic
- 2 celery stalks
Snack Today: Dehydrated Flax Crackers w/ Tabouli Spread
Dehydrated 105 ^ degrees & less-Raw Flax Sunflower Seed Crackers- w/ Raw Tabouli Mix ---(about 2 palm sized crackers and 4 tablespoons of tabouli mix ontop)
Lunch Today: Open Faced Falafel Collard Green Spread Wrap
1 huge Fresh Collard Green Leaf
1 handful of Fresh Broccoli Sprouts
1/2 - 3/4 cup of Raw Falafel Spread
1/2 tomato
SPREAD Ingredients: (blended) OMG...sooo good!

sprouted chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
sprouted sunflower seeds
minced garlic
fresh cilantro, chopped
tahini
Nama Shoyu or 1 Tbl Celtic sea salt
fresh parsley
chopped onion
fresh-squeezed lemon juice
olive oil
Curry Chutney
cumin
Dinner Today: Raw Alfredo Fettuccini
(6:00om) 1 zucchini (sliced thin like spaggetti)
1 cup of Kelp Sea Weed Noodles (hmmmm)
(mix them both together and BAM...RAW fettuccini top with Sacue)
Alfredo Sauce:
1 1/2 cup macadamia nuts (soaked overnight)
1/8 c walnuts (soaked overnight)
1/4 cup cold pressed, first pressed olive oil
2 tsp Celtic sea salt
3 small cloves garlic
2 tsp fresh ground pepper
water for sauce consistency...(blended) SOOOOO GOOD!!!
Snack: Raw Eating Class tonight---Hmmm...wonder what we are making tonight!!! Can't wait!! i loveeeee it!!

oh and the Falafel Spread...
I used to make Falafels last night...
they have been dehydrating for like 12 hours now...haha...@ less than 105 ^!!! They should be tasty tomorrow!! Woohoo!!! I've been thinking about these Falafels for days now!! hahah...that's the RAW world for ya!!! makes you really APPRECIATE what you put into your body!
