...I can't shake this cold, it's WORSE now....while I was at the Hot Springs it felt better cause the hot springs are so therapeutic ya know, and the steam :beating:...but the minute I got back.....:puke:....horrible.....

...my nose feels like Krusty the Clown, I have enough Mucus to eliminate the use of glue for the rest of my life, my right eye is hurting too, cause on the lower lid inside, I think I have a "stye" (I think that's how you spell it), so that hurts too, and I'm coughing like a gorilla would, and I sound more manly than most men I know...all I need now, it to be released into the WILD to tame my fellow WILD ONES...:willy_nilly:.....

lol......overall.....STILL BUSTED!!! What the hell!?!?!! :rant:

...I haven't worked out all past week in aspirations of healing coming my way, but nooooo nothing,......and now I'm worse.....I'm taking it easy, trying to stay indoors, but it happens to be POURING RAIN :eek: like crazyyyyy....

....this morning my car, was drowning in water, the wheels were a bit past 1/2 way covered in water.....THANK GOD, I HAVE RAIN BOOTS...I really have gotten good use of them this year....!!!! ....wish i was home snuggling...:cry:!!!

What a nasty cold!! but fyi mucus doesn't work so well for glue in the long run... just gets gross;)
I hope you heal fast and get over this thing!! Vitamin C. Lock yourself in your bathroom and run the hot water only in the shower and get your own sauna going. It really helped me when I was dying a few weeks ago. Drink lots and lots and don't sweat about not working out. Your body needs some TLC so it can get better!
It will end soon!!

Exercise Yesterday: 15 mins- Treadmill -Incline 12 fast walking @ gym
35 mins- Elliptical machine @ gym

.......I made myself a little excel sheet and I'm excited to use it..I think it helps me keep me on track...I want to Excel sheet my WHOLE LIFE :D! ;)!

i have the 2007 version... but im scared of the changes they made...

LOL! Word, works for me--although now I print them out and write in them in a binder, because I'm not ALWAYS near a computer, esp on weekends! Hope you're doing well today! I'm so busy at work I could SCREAM!!!! I'm tearing my hair out, damn near.....:svengo: It's still work I can do on the other half of my screen :)
 
I HAVE excelled sheeted my whole life, and it is awesome. Seriously. It really helps the completely anal retentive weirdos like myself condense their life into one document. I have sheets that are ridiculous like "grocery list" with DAYS AND DAYS of grocery lists. hahaha

I might need counseling.........

but ONE GOAL: on MARCH 16th will be ONE YEAR since I've been on the forum...and I NEEEEEEEEEED to be my lowest weight on here from then, or I won't be HAPPY!!! soooooo,....I HAVE TO WORK HARD.....and shed 5-7lbs!!! :party:!!!
