...Eating has been excellent!
Drinking not so much....
Exercise- Pilates 2 days in a Row....and this morning I snoozed from 6 am to 7am, and THENNNN I actually got up.....7am-8am -One hour Windsor Pilates!
Wooooohooooo!!!!.....the water is backkkkkkkk on too!!!!!
I think what I need is a NEW YEARS CHALLENGE!!! and some consistency to get me to NEW YEARS period! On the plus note....i bought a pair of size 6 pants, again ( So it wasn't just ONE manufaturer who deemed me a size six now, LOL, cause we know they all have distorted sizes, buttttttt ...ITS TRUE, to a certain extent anyway)....but YEAh....they are getting LOOSER too....and a couple days ago, they were SNUG as a BUTTON!!! LOL!!!!
...maybe I stretched em...BUT OH WELL!!!!!
