Couch POTATO to "MARATHON" HONEY! :)

Hey girl, any good self-help topics?

You are lucky to be fitting into a size 6 at your weight. Not said bitchy by the way, more envy?! I know you're a shorty like me, and I always thought I was able to get away with a high weight thinking I was rather muscular from years of on and off weight training. But here I am at 146 in a TIGHT ASS size 10. I fit into a size 6 at 128 lbs. You must look great already at this weight and size, but keep on truckin!
 
Hmmm, I'm also seriously considering a routine exercise to do every morning. I'm thinking to go out for a jog-walk, but DAMN, I wanna be sleeping that time!!!

I have woken up at 6:30am the past three days straight, no dozing (it's a REALLY bad habit of mine), and this weekend I will try to continue the routine of waking early, even if it's just to read my book :p

Thanks woman :D:!!!! I have to say, I do feel a little better that the sizes are in the "ONE DIGIT" now. I do have a long way to go til all the MUSHY SQUISHY STUFF is gone!!! LOL!!! Even when I got down to a size 2 once, I still had mush....so I dunnnno woman, I probably have to be in the negatives to get rid of the BOUNCE!!! :confused: But trucking along is right.....keeeeeeeep going!!!! I love how you ladies always remind me IT'S ABOUT THE FIGHT FOR LIFE!!!!

A size 10 on you looks AMAZING :eek:....I did see those swimsuit pics of you back when you posted them, and YOU LOOK HOT!!!! Not "CUTE" or "GOOD" but.....damn "HOT"!!!

-Right now, seeing 146 lbs for me would be AMAZING!!! And I bet that would mean a new size too!!! You are so close to me in weight, I can't wait to get where you are!!! :D:

I say: LET'S STOP CONSIDERING & START "DOING"!!!!

The Law of ATTRACTION-----if you notice at the end of the word is "ACTION"...we can't attract what we want until we do the deed....so let's ACT!!! ;)

And if a book is what you need to change your philosophy, then READING is just as good as exercising in the morning, because without changing our thoughts, we aren't going to change our actions, and we damn well aren't gonna get the RESULTS!!!! sooooooo

.....DO IT!!!...we have the power within to BE GREAT!!! Who the hell said we had to be ORDINARY?!?!?! FUCKKKKKKKKKKKK THAT!!!! LOL!!! :D:

OH man, this year did creep up on us now didn't it!!!! I'm excited for the NEW ME all over, to come!!! :D: Pilates is fun....especially with the ball!!! You should give it a whirl right now,sexy! ;) .....
 
Yeaaaaaaaa......so I did wake up this morning and do 1 hour of PILATES!!! :Angel_anim: and I did step on the scale right now....and to my surprise it went down 2.4 lbs!!!!! :party:!!!!!

sooooo now.....it says 153.2 lbs!!! (kinda happy, but not really cause a couple weeks back I saw 151.3 and it was soooo close, but whatever....that's what 1 week and a half of self sabotage does to you.....) With that said.....

I HAVE CUT OUT THE BEER...since then AGAIN!!! :D:!!!
.....boooohoooo....:(.........wish I would have saw 149lbs for my birthday tomorrow, but still.....I'll take it!!! :D:!!!......BE HAPPY, DON'T WORRY!!!
