I was reading the above convo with Sam and I think laziness hits all of us... including the pros. Its just part of life and I think as long as we BALANCE our laziness with activity then its not so bad. And we have to remind ourselves that we are making lifestyle changes so that we can live happier and longer... all the while looking HOT!!!

Just keep doing what you're doing and succes will find you... I PROMISE!!! :)

PS Jillians Cardio Kick Box kicked my ass last week, I was sore for days! (I used hand weights which I think is why I was sooooo sore!!)
Oh I know.....I was thinking of getting those weighted gloves.....because after doing one video with weights and then trying to do another one with weights, my noodle arms are KILLING me :eek:....!!!! And you are right as well, I do think laziness hits us all, just some more than others ;)! Also, speaking of HOT, this morning FINALLY I saw a little it of change from eating healthier, my arms looked a little tiny nudge smaller, as well as my face!

....WHO KNOWS, THIS STUFF MIGHT BE WORKING AFTER ALL!!!.....

I'm gonna try and do it.....Jillian says that the 30 day shred can help you loose a lot in a month, if you eat right, and DO IT!!! SO starting yesterday,.....I'm doing it!!!!

ONE MONTH BABY!!! I TOLD MYSELF....show myself what I'm working with!!! :iagree:

-4.5 mile run @ the Park------(for some reason, my run was real easy today)!
-Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred Video w/ 10lbs weights- Level 2---25 min. video!
-Hip Hop Abs- Hips, Buns, Thighs--30 min. video!

.......I am trying to be accountable, it feels GOOD to NOT LET YOURSELF down!!!!! The eating was good today as well.......

Little Baby Accomplishments I am Proud Of Myself For:

--10 Full days of Food/Exercise/Mood/Journal logging into Fit Day.com
--24 Full days of NO ALCOHOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:coolgleamA:
--2 Full Days of Working Out hard
--10 Full Days of My Eating Properly on my New Meal Plan from Windsor Pilates--( no more starvation baby :drool5:)
--2 nights this week of getting an EXTRA walk in after dinner
(trying to make it a habit)
--2 full days of reading and trying to FINISH one of the mannnnny BOOKS I've started and have yet to finish, instead of reading a lot of chunks of ALL OF THEM-------don't get me wrong.....I finish a lot of em........but I start more than I FINISH! :icon_bs:

I can run, not get tired, I actually ran faster yesterday, than I normally do :eek:....I think what it is, is that when I'm GRATEFUL, my attitude changes, then I feel WONDERFUL, as if I could do it all, just to SHOW MYSELF, and my CREATOR, that I am deserving of being HEALED....and LET ME SHOW YA, what a HEALED person can DO!!!! :Angel_anim:.....

This Saturday, the news said that it was gonna rain, and I'll tell ya, it did cross my head, to think .....hmm.....SHOULD I STILL RUN THIS RACE?!?! And the answer was HELLLLLLL YA!!!! Rain or shine baby! I'll be there! That was just a TEST I believe, a test of WILLPOWER to see if I'm SERIOUS about MEEEEEE. And to be serious about me, I have to be SERIOUS about not letting stupid BABY obstacles cloud my way! And I decided that YUP, a little bullshit RAIN STORM AIN'T STOPPING ME!!! :jump:

I read somewhere it takes something like 30 days to form a new habit so if NOT drinking alcohol is your new habit, maybe the cravings will subside soon... of course, it's also a bit of an addiction so you may ALWAYS have a weakness for it... I know no matter how long I stay away from Mathew McConaughey I seem to always crave him just a little! Ha! J/K! ;) I'm so proud of you for making it this long with no alcohol! The rewards are coming my dear, the rewards are coming! :hurray:

I'm in agreement with everyone else- I need to have you come work out with me :) I imagine you as a Jillian-ish person in the gym. *shiver* maybe I don't wanna work out with you...

I love her videos! Aren't they great? It's like she can see you through the screen. She really keeps me motivated through the workout.

I have to hit pause every now and then to keep up. She doesnt play around!!

Her workouts leave me sore! I love it.
