Great job on getting the workouts in. Sorry to hear that you had a stalker on your run. It's good to be aware of your surroundings. Kudos to you!!

Don't worry about not getting in the 9 miles. You can always get it in this weekend. Are you ready to jump the miles that high that fast? might want to bump up 2-3 miles for each long run. Take it easy so you don't get injured like before...or injured like I am now :(

Hahaha!! I actually drove to meet Tri at a fancy restaurant. It was on the lake and we sat on a patio outside. So nice...he even dressed up today for me w/a tie and everything...felt so spoiled. If we were not in public I would have torn his clothes off right then and there. lol

I want to do a long run this weekend myself. I do mine on a treadmill and turn up the tunes and zone out, and people watch (which I love)... Last night this BBBM ran on the treadmill beside mine :) He smelt so good, and I don't mean in a B.O way. He smelt amazing and was intoxicating me on my run. So so nice, lol... My first long run will be 5 miles, which I haven't done in a couple of months but I've been doing a 4 lately, which is no problemo... I would run outside but I can't battle with my allergies and get a good run in at the same time.... Poor me, :nopity: I know :)....


My poo babies are in full swing, with the addition of this herbal cleanse thing I'm doing from Whole Foods. Still loving the psyllium tho.

I saw that pic of your little bro a few posts ago. He is pretty dreamy :)

Sorry I'm out of It...my BF had a horrible demobilizing Flu last week, and I thought I was able to escape it.......:iamwithstupid:.....guess NOT!!!

....I feel so WEAK....and every part of my body aches, my throat is SWOLLEN tight,...:(.....i'm hating life here at work,....no way I can go home SICK, for many reasons, I'm STUCK!!!....this is day 2 of feeling like this.....:(........

...my head is in a TWILIGHT ZONE, and I am more SLOW MOTION than a TURTLE!!!!.....been taking vitamins, HOT tea,......and SOUP later,........but it ISN'T WORKING!!!!

...........hope this doesn't take me forever to get rid of....it even hurts to type.....my fingers....even feel....like a million LBS!!! :puke:
