Hey! Thanks for those quotes! Awesome thing about this journey is that I'm not only changing my body... in fact, that may actually be the least significant thing to have changed once I reach the other side...

The strength and confidence I feel from working towards my goals is SO worth it... but hey, I ain't complaining if there's a bikini body thrown in there too :p

Greeeeat! I have been MORE POSITIVE, going to seminars, working, and doing the DAMN thing!!!! My workouts have been WHACK lately, and I have only been getting long walks in with the man at nights, cause I have been getting home late these past couple weeks, and thats all that time allows.....especially since I haven't been able to see the MAN that much :(.......and I work straight for like 3 weeks, trying to save my energy to make it all this time, no day off....BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! I look PUFFIER...:(....LOL....but I AM 100% HAPPIER this week!!! I have been GOBBLING motivational books down....and MY MIND IS SPINNING in CIRCLES with all these POSITIVE thoughts!!!!
