Oh, you just wait. The weekend will come along and you'll let yourself have a well deserved drink. Then the diet goes out the door, and the Alta weight loss train comes to a screeching halt.

PS Curvie, It motivates her and Humps when other people talk trash. So oddly enough, I'm trying to help her... but don't let her know that. ;)

I incorporate nuts, as snacks, chicken tenders, vegetables, or something inbetween the shakes......and I add a little frozen fruit to them!....but YEAH, he WASSSSSSSS RIGHT, I used to HAM down BEERS like no tomorrow, on weekends....but I HAVE DECIDED, that SOMEONE NEEDS TO PUT MAC and his talking SHIZO outta MISERY!!!:reddevil:...BUAHAUHAHAH!!!! I'm GONNA DO IT!!! :)

It's not the food baby BOY!!! You should know me better than that, when I cheat on FOOD, I do it consciously,.....it's the ALCOHOL, that gets me!!!

.....and YESSSS that well deserved DRINK will come, because I KNOW I can't avoid it, but BEER IS OUT THE DOOR, and the FOOD, ohhhhh MACCY BOY,......that is TIGHTER than A FREEZER ZIP LOCK BAG!!! LOL

Ahhh! Pounding down beers like there's no tomorrow. I truly truly enjoy that activity. :beerchug: Much better than raw eggs. *sob*
 
Girl I am so proud of you for getting in all that working out. Why so late though? You need to make sure you get in enough shut eye too. I love my sleep...lol

...I sat down and tried to think about WHY is it that I avoid my workouts on some days, because I DO LOVE THEM :beating:....sooooo WHY!?!?!.........well..............
......WHAT I CAME up with, was, I AM SOCIAL DAMMIT!!! I love getting together after work with my friends, my family, going to these seminars and socializing with Motivated minded individuals, and the works.......soooo b4 what was HOLDING ME BACK from doing all of this was because, my workout times, would conflict with my time to do all these things......so I WOULD HAVE TO CHOOSE EITHER/OR!!! WHAAAAAACKKKKKK!!!!

...now....I FIND I can do it all, if I eat properly, I have TONS OF ENERGY, to work, hang out, read, meet up and do things with people, relax, and STILL WORK OUT late night!!!

....I LOVE IT!!!.....and what MAC DADDY doesn't know, is that I DO HAVE SELF CONTROL, I have just chosen not TO EXERCISE IT, because I HAD NO REASON b4 and VEGAS WAS STILL TOO FAR AWAY!!!! NOW I KNOW we will CRUSH HIM!!! :reddevil:...I remember in the past when I got down to 139 from 188lbs.....8 months no alchol, shakes, no carbs, exercise 2 times a day morning and 12:00am..YEA!!!..........DONE!....NO PROBLEM!!!

...see NOW HE BETTER be scarred, because I FIGURED out what was the problem!!!!

...to MAC DADDY:.."YOuuuuuuuuu CAN"T STOP me NOW, YoUUuuuuu CAN't STOP ME NOW! ;) ".......LMAO!!! :reddevil:

Actually some of my team members up and abandoned me. I have a few spots and am accepting applications :reddevil:

Basiclly to do the challenge you have to do 5x30min cardio per week and 5x30min resistance training per week. How those two are defined is up to you some people do bodyweight resistance or yoga/pilates. The cardio is basiclly 30min of elevated heart rate. There's also a weightloss related bonus each week. This week it is 10min of stairs daily. Sometimes its food based, it just changes week to week.

You HAVE TO post your weekly points every weekend, sunday at the latest.

Check out the threads in the Challenge section. The Score Board thread would probably be most helpful and show you the bonus material and peoples weekly log.

15 min. Dance/core video with Windsor Pilates ball
30 min. 5lb. Hoola Hoop for abs
300 reps-Ab Lounge
100 reps-Floor Mat Abs

....all starting at 11:30am....:eek:....butttt I AM DOING IT......wanted to wuss out, I was tired, didn't get home til late, been working like a slave, but I THOUGHT OF ME, the LOVE OF ME, the fact that I WANT to do this, and I WANTED TO SHOVE MY STINKY SOCK IN MAC DADDY'S MOUTH OF SHIZO!!!! ;) FINALLY tomorrow I get a day off from work, then back to work....:svengo:

...Yesterday: No cheating, shakes and Spring Roll/fresh, Vitamins, Water, Hot Tea! Cheeeeeeeeea! ;)
