LOL, sounds like something I need... a good clean out!! How much of the seed to you put in? And what is the caloric value on the protein you are using? Sorry for all the questions, I am totally up for trying it out!
ONE tablespoon is GOOD, and drink it FASSSST or it'll clump you, and like CHISTENHERE said, if you aren't used to the FIBER that way, it can CLUMP YOU up.....

...the way I THINK about it...is...if these things that come out of you DO LOOK like the pictures on the internet sites....then I WANT IT OUT AND NOW!!!!!!....
....so YEAH...they don't have that many calories= 180-250, and as meal replacements, depending on the level of workout I'm going TO DO...thennnnnn, I will SOMETIMES double scoop the soy protein powder......you can use WHEY, you can use a ton of them.....
....the PSYLLIUM SEEDS gives the babies.....I used to put milk...but with MILK I NEVER saw babies

Soy Protein Powder..................I LOVE EM..........and TONSSSS OF WATER!!! DON'T GET CLOGGED!!!
....when I am avoiding the SUGAR....I use a Tablespoon of FOLGERS COFFEE to offset the taste...of FIBER and SOY PROTEIN POWDER...as without it LIFE IS BLAND!!! LOL
...bland BUT YESSSSSS CLEAN!!!
