Take the amount you would drink and place the bottles on the scale...then mentally tack that on to what you weighed in at silly yes but might be effective

Alta, take that bore and spice it up. Common. You, of all people, should know spice. Get some FF yogurt and some dill, salt and pepper and you have a high protein fat free dressing for your tofu and brocs. Throw in some tabasco to make it fire. For the same calories as one egg roll you can have a whole plate of Cheeoow! (Hmm, I don't think an Irish boy like me can pull off the Cheeoww. I take it back)

I didn't mean you at all when I went on that bitchy/snarky rant over in my diary, lol... I didn't mean anyone on here at all, and when I was typing it I didn't think anyone would take it that way, lol...

I just get shit and pointless advice from certain people in my real/physical life sometimes that gets to me. It's mostly about school and stuff, and dating, etc. Everyone's different and has their own speed/rhythm/routine for certain things in their life. I'm sure I've probably given out advice that people haven't asked for too but, lately I try to watch it so I don't sound like an asshole. On here though, I feel like advice/opinions are always open and should be given at anyone's will.

Girl, I know it feels like you are depriving yourself but just know that you are doing it for good reason. Once this weight is off we can return to a somewhat normal diet again but we will just have to work out extra hard to maintain while still enjoying a little booze and salty foods every now and then!! Short term sacrifice for long term results and happiness!!

OH I knooooooowwwww.....ITS just HARD.....I want ALCOHOL....I THINK I could AVOID the FOODS ......but the alcohol KILLS ME!!!! :(....what are O'DOULS.......has anyone TRIED them, and do they TASTE like the REAL DEAL!?

..i need to FAKE my brain OUT...HELP!!!
 
It's kinda weird for me, the whole alcohol thing. Some days I will go home at the end of a long day and pour myself a liberal glass of red wine. I think it does what 4 or 5 beers do for less than half the calories, and that is if your drinking lite beer. Red wine is proven to be very good for you. Beer is a hell ova lot less potent (especially here in UT, it's ridiculous, just ask Paula (if she even drinks)) so wine is the next best thing because hard is the:reddevil:with me, hehe, and full of calories.... When I drink the wine too, I don't drink to get drunk, I do it to help relax and take the edge off of a rough day, or hell even a normal day :) If your trying to quit drinking tho, I'm in full support of that, I'm just sayin what works for me :)

Perhaps a little grated parm on the broccoli, not bad at all imo... Steamed tofu, maybe some hot sauce or salsa or something?? I dunno.

Yeah, I think I'll keep that one under wraps for now. :D I'll have to come up with a good Irish saying. The one that I use most is not for public consumption. too many people from Ireland on here that might actually know what it means.
