ALSO...just a little UPDATE.....2 months ago...right BEFORE I went on the CRUISE...I was able to SQUEEZE into a size 5 STRETCH jeans......STRETCH people....:smilielol5: BUT I had A LITTLE ROLL ontop....:( not sexy...

..this MORNING....I FINALLY fit into them AGAIN...and GUESS what...NO LITTLE muffing TOP ROLL ontop.......:sifone:..sooo MOTIVATION to keep GOING....wonder what ELSE I COULD fit INTO with another 10days of MOTIVATION and HARD WORK!!! :iagree:...LOTS....

Surrrrre DOES, SUReeee DOES...and I think I WILL BE fine WITH drinks ONE DAY a WEEK, PROPORTIONED...and LOW CAL....and if a GOOD FRESH brew WHEAT beer....my FAV....is around ONE GOOD SIP will MAKE me HAPPY!!! :) I knoooow IT! JUST A SIP....cause THE FIRST SIP, as the FIRST BITE......does TASTE the SAME as THE LAST!!! :iagree:

lol im so proud of you with the size 5 but at the sametime sort of depressing bc even when I get back to my old weight it'll still take a good stomach flu to get me to a size 5 l

...food: shakes....chicken tenders, TONS of water, HOT GREE tea, VITAMINS

....no CHEATING again IN PROGRESS.....was GONNA out to DINNER...changed my MIND......I'm RIDING this "NO CHEATING" out..!!!!:svengo:

.....thanks GUYS....kinda bumbed right now.....a lot of personal things in life getting me down.......i hopeeeee i SNAP out of this....it makes me sick to feel like this.......:puke:....on the UPSIDE of the midst of my discomfort, it propels me to exercise at LEAST......:(
 
I know what you mean, I also have a lot of personal shit bothering me right now... but I decided it's not worth undoing all my hard work and I will soldier on!

Size 5s without a muffin top?! How did I miss that! Great job! My size 5s won't even fit one leg right now lol... I've gotta catch up to you! I'm workin' HARD this week... you? Don't let that negative crap get you down... I mean, it can get you down but don't let it KEEP you down. I always say, "They can know me down a hundred times; I'll get up a hundred and one!" You can do it! Use the negativity to KNOCK some more poundage off this week! :D

.............................30 min. weights-legs, chest, arms
-Food today: Shakes, Water, Chicken Tenders with lime, 5 boiled egg whites
Water, HOT tea, Vitamins
:confused:....I hope I snap out of this.......:(
 
Cheer up Alta! You did amazing last week, keep it going and see what you can do with 2 weeks of hard work! It's paying off, and those clothes will feel better and better.
 
Alta, I hope that whatever is bumming you out finds resolution soon. You are doing great with the diet and exercise and everything else. Kick that blues mood as soon as you can.
