Weekend CHEATING Reported!!!
So yesterday ONCE again I was a TROOPER

...I did run 9 miles at the park with a friend....which was a MIRACLE because no one ever ACTUALLY makes it to run...THEY ALL TALK about it...but we know how it is to talk FOREVER and not actually do....but since he ran a marathon last year and he is so competitive...he ran all of it and still beat me by a bit, even though he's only been running 3 miles...would've been a lot but he waited for me here and there.....
I was HAPPY when we finished because I always talk about how I run....but I really don't think ANYONE really believes that I could do it...but I DO...LIKE A CHAMPION....that I am at HEART!....
Exercise: 9 miles RUN at the PARK
20 min... Pilates weight loss Video at home
10 min. of 5lbs. Weighted HOOLA HOOP~for the waist....
Food: I had about 5 Juicing/Shakes.....throughout the day...I am trying to
increase the scoops of protein to add more cals and changing around
the ingredients to not keep me bored....
1/3 Banana
3 scoops of SOY Vanilla Protein Powder
1 scoop of Psyllium Fiber seeds...aka...GROUND FIBER
5 rasberries frozen
3 frozen small chopped MAngo Chunks
3 frozen smal chopped Pineapple Chunks
Water and Ice....
YUMMY......and this is CLEANSING my COLON like I've NEVER seen before....and to tell you all the truth...I have actually HAD MY COLON cleansed before and what CAME OUT was NOT EVEN close to the QUANTITIES and NASTINESS that is coming out NOW....I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE trying to cleanse and see results!
Also....still taking my VITAMINS, COLD Water w/ Lemon JUICE and Cayenne Pepper, and TONS of HOT green TEA.....
...NOW here comes the TRUTH....the CHEATING of this PAST weekend:.........
I had TONS of alcohol....

Friday and Saturday nights.....BAD>>BAD
2 El Pollo loco Drum Sticks (which aren't that bad...but I'm juicing NOW)
2 Little Caesars Pizza Slices....220-250 cals per slice/ 9gms. of fat each
1 WHOLE Burrito

..haven't had one in AGES...with the fixings
---Al pastor meat, rice beans, tortilla....(though I did split it into two meals)
