You Can't Slow ME DOWN...YOU can't SLOW me DOWN!!!

:sifone:...So I'm SMOKING em' at the park ....WHIPPING out the WARRIOR in me!

Food YESTERDAY: 4 juicing shakes distributed throughout the day

(should have had 5 of them but it got harder as I wasn't hungry cause of the fiber in them)

Had my HOT TEA, LEMON WATER, and VITAMINS.....

Now....where the warrior KICKED in was.....EXERCISE.....though the shakes sound hard....REALLY isn't....leaves you like a FULL meal!

EXERCISE yesterday: 4.5 miles at the park ( I ran into my best friend from
Elementary School...:waving:!)
GYM: 1 hardcore HOUR of ELIPTICAL cardio MACHINE...
15 min. Treadmill cool down WALK....

*My tendon spazed out on me during my RUN about three times..
--I have been streching everywhere I go...stopped running at those points to stretch and then would continue until it happened again....I DON"T like this and don't want to injure myself.....BUT I DON"T WANT TO STOP! :ack2::iagree:

It's about 5 days a week.....sometimes 4.....I dunno I waver with motivation and then there it goes.......

Wow, you have such motivation! I can't believe you can make yourself excerise so much...I 'm so lazy Ive only been watching calories, with no real excersise. You and I are sort of in the same boat, same height, I way 10 more lbs than you did when you started, but my goal is 125 as well...A weight I havent seen since 6th grade :) Good luck, I look foreward to seeing your progress!

What kind of juice are you drinking? I've done some juicing in the past and I really enjoyed it. I used to make my own at home in the juicer.

How's the leg? I found a site for you on sports injuries, it has some good stuff. I don't know if the spasms you are feeling are cramps or not, but there are links on this site have lists of all kinds of injuries. Perhaps something might stand out.

But as far as the JUICING...OH MAN girl.....LET ME TELL you the "THINGS":ack2: that come out of you as your doing this.....TODAY is DAY 3 of my juicing....

If you look back one page in here I put up the exact ingrediants as to what I put in them....I FEEL SLIMMER and am ACTUALLY going to the BATHROOM #2 :smilielol5:

Seriously THOUGH...the THINGS that are COMING out...I know IT"S NASTY...sorry :doh:...BUT IT IS KEEPING ME SOOOOO MUCH MORE MOTIVATED TO KEEP TAKING THEM...cause I mean NOW after DAY 3 I'm still unleashing ALL CRAZY...I can ONLY IMAGINE how many YEARS of BUILT up NASTINESS I HAVE.....hmmm WONDER HOW MANY LBS of UNWANTED NASTINESS is in there!.....????? heheh BUT YEAH....JUICING FOR ME IT IS.....I'm gonna see if I can DO IT all the way to the HALF...

I would definately RECOMMEND it to anyone who is trying to DETOX or COLON CLEANSE....which also FEELs GOOD and TASTES good!

I can't wait to weigh in....but I'm gonna HOLD off on the weigh in until after my RACE I think.....DON"T want to undermine my own success by becoming DEPRESSED with the SCALE!:cuss:

Interesting. That is one thing I didn't do was the protein powder. Good idea. I was wondering how you were able to run on just juice.

I know what you mean about "things coming out" that are scary. I had some build up coming out too when I did a colon cleanse. Let's just say that I am glad that is out of me. So many people either avoid the subject or get too grossed out by cleansing, but I was so proud of my poo baby, I took a picture of it. lol

Great job staying with it. I need to cleanse again soon too.

I know what you mean. Have you ever checked out Dr. Natura's website? The photo gallery in there is what inspired me to do the cleanse.

I read that the average american colon has 5-25 pounds of build up of colon plaque.

Awwwww....thankS!...Energy is one thing that has really increased after I started incorporating the shakes and all the vitamins not to mention the GREEN tea!....WooooWoooo look at you, already started Congrats on the 1lb...

That sounds interesting. I just started doing a colon cleansing system 2 days ago but I haven't seen anything crazy yet.. Im sure it is in there though after 20 years of mcdonalds everyday!! When did you start noticing a difference??

That's great that you're juicing or cleansing too.....believe it or not....the SAME day I started getting CRAZY results and it hasn't stopped since then....IT HAS been literally like 7-10 times a day....SO IT"S really motivating!.....

Weekend CHEATING Reported!!!

So yesterday ONCE again I was a TROOPER :party:...I did run 9 miles at the park with a friend....which was a MIRACLE because no one ever ACTUALLY makes it to run...THEY ALL TALK about it...but we know how it is to talk FOREVER and not actually do....but since he ran a marathon last year and he is so competitive...he ran all of it and still beat me by a bit, even though he's only been running 3 miles...would've been a lot but he waited for me here and there.....:svengo:

I was HAPPY when we finished because I always talk about how I run....but I really don't think ANYONE really believes that I could do it...but I DO...LIKE A CHAMPION....that I am at HEART!....:smilielol5:

Exercise: 9 miles RUN at the PARK
20 min... Pilates weight loss Video at home
10 min. of 5lbs. Weighted HOOLA HOOP~for the waist....

Food: I had about 5 Juicing/Shakes.....throughout the day...I am trying to
increase the scoops of protein to add more cals and changing around
the ingredients to not keep me bored....

1/3 Banana
3 scoops of SOY Vanilla Protein Powder
1 scoop of Psyllium Fiber seeds...aka...GROUND FIBER
5 rasberries frozen
3 frozen small chopped MAngo Chunks
3 frozen smal chopped Pineapple Chunks
Water and Ice....

YUMMY......and this is CLEANSING my COLON like I've NEVER seen before....and to tell you all the truth...I have actually HAD MY COLON cleansed before and what CAME OUT was NOT EVEN close to the QUANTITIES and NASTINESS that is coming out NOW....I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE trying to cleanse and see results!

Also....still taking my VITAMINS, COLD Water w/ Lemon JUICE and Cayenne Pepper, and TONS of HOT green TEA.....


...NOW here comes the TRUTH....the CHEATING of this PAST weekend:.........

I had TONS of alcohol....:banghead: Friday and Saturday nights.....BAD>>BAD

2 El Pollo loco Drum Sticks (which aren't that bad...but I'm juicing NOW)

2 Little Caesars Pizza Slices....220-250 cals per slice/ 9gms. of fat each

1 WHOLE Burrito :drool5:..haven't had one in AGES...with the fixings
---Al pastor meat, rice beans, tortilla....(though I did split it into two meals)
 
Did you know on the Biggest Loser they have 1 cheat day a week? Yeah, they mentioned it only once on the show and didn't make a big deal about it. But hey, that just goes to show that you can have a cheat day and still lose weight. I'm sure after drinking shakes for days on end you have to mix in a little of the good stuff to keep you sane. Great job on getting right back on the wagon.

I don't believe in poo babies like my sis. Until I see one come out of me I'll think of them like UFO's or ghosts...lol
