JUICING is ON~! Fat SMASH it IS~!
So YUP....SHAKES are back ON!
SO.....I have to tell YOU all that I am a HUGE fan of CELEBRITY BOOT CAMP, and I have the book from Dr. Harvey and the FAT SMASH
In the Fat Smash it says that the first DETOX phase where they LOSE The MOST....consists of ELIMINATING and SHOCKING your body by cutting OUT meats, chickens, fish, white carbs, potatoes, avocadoes, breads, & white rice.

..IT IS THE HARDER PART>>>THEN ALL THE FOOD IS REINTRODUCED.
So what you can have is: 2 cups of whole wheat rice daily
2 cups of fat free/low fat milk daily
1 cup oatmeal daily
4 egg whites daily
Vegetables & Fruits (no canned though)
Protein: TOFU, Chick Peas aka..Garbanzo Beans,
Beans, and Lentils
Any SEASONINGS
2 Cups of HERBAL HOT tea daily
2 Water Unlimited (no sodas,alcohol,or juices)
So.....

....AFTER that what are YOU left with I told myself.....
Since I like to drink shakes this is
PERFECT
So I HAVE BEGAN JUICING in a SENSE:
Shakes are DELICIOUS: WATER, 3 scoops of VANILLA SOY PROTEIN POWDER,
ICE, Frozen Rasberries and Blueberries (5-8 lil ones)
1/3 banana, and sometimes 2 tablespoons of
Cinnamon Apple Sauce for Yummy flavor.......
So this as WELL AS MY HOT GREEN TEA...MY VITAMINS...AND MY LARGE CUPS OF WATER WITH LEMON JUICE 3x a DAY......and we're OFF

Yesterday at the GYM....One of the REGULARS who used to see me ALL the time when I was DEDICATED to going daily and 25lbs SLIMMER than NOW....walked up to me and told me it WAS A MIRACLE to see ME....(which REALLY I switched to another BALLYs just for this same reason...that I didn't want to RUN into them ALL...the DEDICATED ONES..)

....Because YES...I TOLD HIM....I DID... I FELL OFF THE BOAT...and ATE!!!

..THEN HE SAID HE almost DIDN"T RECOGNIZE ME...GRRR!!!....and said that I SHOULD HIT IT HARD WITH DEDICATION and I'll GET THERE!...then I told him if YOU didn't recognize me NOW shoulda seen ME B4 the 11 lbs I just lost.....HIS EYES BULGED OUT....GRRRR......HE"S SUPPPER BUFF TOO!
..AT FIRST it MADE me...LAUGH, then GET ANGRY, then GET SAD, then GET DETERMINED, and then GET MY HARDCORE CARDIO ON! I know that he was ONLY trying to be NICE and SAY hi or WHATEVER, and whatever feelings may have come after, HE IS RIGGGGGHHHTTT....I CAN DO THIS AND FASTER than last time....WITH HARDER WORK!...
So I DID....: EXERCISE for YESTERDAY:
4.5 MILE run at the PARK...still taking me 1hr (sweat-not as much as
incline walking at gym though)
30 min-INCLINE 15.0 TREADMILL (NO ARMS...and YOU SWEAT LIKE A PIG)
3.1-3.2 speed
30 min-Eliptical Running Machine with the Movable Handles-Fat Burn/
then I switch to Manuel and do Various Hard Spurts where I up
the resistance to level 8-12 for a couple min...
All in All= 2 hours of cardio
