Cottage Cheese???

Hello!
I have read that cottage cheese is a great way to fill you up. I have started eating it for about 3 weeks and I feel great. I eat it will unshelled sunflower seeds because I cant eat it plain either. Try it you might like it too.

I eat it right of of the tub. I grew up eating it, but if i never ate it, i probally would never try it. Looks pretty nastly lol

I absolutely CANNOT eat this stuff. Last summer my friend and i thought it was a good idea to do the cottage cheese diet. Well.. I couldn't even get it down it was a complete failure. I was so haunted by the horrible taste that I actually had to get up in the middle of the night and throw it away bc I couldn't stop thinking about its nastiness down in the fridge. Kinda bums me out since it's so good for you.

i actually used to hate cottage cheese myself, but forced myself to eat it. eventually i got used to the taste and texture. it is definitely wierd at first. i buy the low fat cottage cheese and i put pineapple chunks which i buy canned but in it's own juice, not heavy syrup. i do notice that it does satisfy me for quite some time. i actually feel good after eating eat....i feel satisfied hunger wise and not full and gross...lol!

it really tastes like nothing when you mix it in with yogurt, but the texture really bothers me, should I chew it or can i just drink down those chunks of cottage cheese?

what happens if food isn't digested properly? I have a bad habit of swallowing foods too fast that i'm trying very hard to break
