Yesterday was good. I've outlined several goals for a day/week and I managed to hit them all. Here are my goals:
Daily:
No soda
10,000 steps
Under 2000 calories
8 hours of sleep
No eating out
Weekly:
Exercise 5 days a week, not affiliated with walking 10,000 steps
I managed to hit all of those goals yesterday. Walked 10,152 steps, went to zumba for an hour, cooked all of my own meals, no soda, and ate about 1500 calories. Today probably won't be as good. The wind chill outside is about -4 degrees (F). Fuck that noise. I'd do a class at the rec center, but they don't have one today so I had intended to go on a hike. I still would, but I don't have appropriate clothes for those kind of temperatures. Somehow they migrated to my parents' house and never made it back to my apartment.
I have to say, the holiday bloating is finally gone and it feels amazing.
