Okay, it is the beginning of a new month, so that means it is measuring day.
Measurements: here are my latest measurements, in clunky table-like form that includes my previous measurements.

Upper Arm: 17 ----- 16 ----- 16 -------- 15 ------- 14.5 ----- 14
Forearm: --13 ----- 13 ----- 12.5 ------- 12.5 ----- 12.5 ----- 12.5
Thigh: -----31 ----- 30 ----- 29 -------- 28 ------- 26 ------- 26.5
Calf: ------20.5 --- 19.5 --- 19.5 ------- 18.5 ----- 18.5 ----- 18.5
Neck: -----17.5 --- 17 ----- 16.5 ------- 16 ------- 15.5 ----- 15.5
Clearly things are slowing down in the size loss department. Not terribly surprised, since August was a rough month and my weight kept yoyo-ing all over the place.
Also, I think the time of relatively rapid fat loss and shrinkage is past, and things will in general go slower now.
Looking at the table makes me wonder if I should even bother tracking my forearm and calf size. They obviously aren't going to change much.
What I don't have right now is an updated weight, and I won't be able to get one until this afternoon. Even then it won't be my "dry" weight, as it will be after a day of eating, drinking and working.
Sometimes I think maybe I should invest in a scale.
This also marks 5 months that I have been on my quest. I'm still doin' it, which makes me pretty happy. Almost as if it really is my lifestyle now.
