2-3 ounces of rotis. chicken
1 srv. of "steak fries"
1/2 a cucumber
only 70 ounces of water
Tried eating an apple this morning but it was too sour!
Oh yeah....youngest son had a bag of "kit kat bits or bites" or whatever the heck they are called and I had 2 of them.
I am feeling very FAT tonight. Like the almost 2 weeks have just piled back on for some reason. Depressed. Hubby not supportive AT ALL. I called him and asked him what he wanted for supper and he says.....buy stuff to make "my nachos" - which are....doritos, pizza sauce, shredded cheese, pepperoni, all layered then nuked...then add sour cream. I bought the rotis. chik and cukes instead!
Tomorrow morning is a weigh and measure for me and I am NOT looking forward to it. I know that the slower the weight comes off the better my odds are for keeping it off, but I like everyone else wants results now!
Spent the day shopping with my youngest son. We got school clothes, back packs, folders etc for him and his brother. So I did a ton of walking. The next week is going to be HARD.
