My weights programme is currently a 3 day split routine. Day 1 is chest and triceps, day 2 is back and biceps and day 3 is legs and shoulders.
It would make my life a lot easier if I were to do these on 3 consecutive days, leaving the rest of the week for cardio days and rest days. Are there any reasons why I shouldn't?
