I haven't visited in ages *hangs head in shame* Sorry to hear about your frustrations. I have no answers for ya, but maybe your doc might. All I can say is just don't give up! *points to the forum community* We're here for ya!
 
I won't ever give up that is for sure....hehe I guess I can't be all that fusterated when people who I got to school with come up to me and ask me if I've been going to the gym....That's gotta be a sign I'm still doing ok right? :) I just had to vent. I feel a big loss coming my way next friday :D

Besides, I went back and peeked at the scale like 2 minutes ago (which is like a hour later from original weight in) and it said I am 312.5 *yay* God loves me this I know for the scale tells me so LOL

There is an oldies vs newbies challange that started friday :)

Oh and I only managed to get to the gy mone time this week, but I decided randomly to weigh today at 5pm and my scale said 309!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I'm going to wait until tomorrow morning to weigh in to be sure before I change my ticker) and I measured and I've lost 3 inches off my waiste :D :D

I have doc's appointment at the end of the month T2 and I'll be getting a bunch of blood work done.
 
Wow...congrats on the inches lost! and 3 pounds! haha....maybe it'll shift .5lbs tmr n become 3.5 loss!

anyway...hv a fantastic weekend!
 
Well typically you'd think you're morning weight would be less that durning the day, but that's not always true for me oddly enough plus I'm just super excited because I've been stuck at 313 for 3 weeks:mad: LOL so it's a 4lb difference, which is so awesome FINALLY!

Congrats on the ticker movage!! I have hypothyroidism but it's under control with the meds. Easy fix if that is the problem, good luck!!!
 
ha, I wish! This morning much to my sadness, the scale actually went up (314.5) :mad: :( :mad: :(

I did have a stir-fry and popcorn last night on my date though :eek:. I'm going to weight in in a couple days after drinking a bunch of water and see if it's water retention....
 
don't let that damn scale get ya down girl, you're doing fine. I'm sure you'll see possitive results in a few days. *sending good vibes over manitoba to saskatchwan*
 
well I'm just stopping in real quick...I need a little study break. I'm most likely pulling my first all nighter of my second year because I have 2 midterms tomorrow (kin and edpsych) and then a book summary and NS module due as well plus a paper for my other native studies class and another midterm all in the next week. I'm really at peak stress right now and needed a little distraction.

It is now 10 to 2 am and I have to get up at 6:30am...whahaha I love my sleep:(
 
Wanted to stop in and say hi ... im sure oyu will figure out hte food balance with the exercise and it might be sleep as well thrown in there if you dont usually get it...I only went back a few pages sorry...LOL...with all my physical activity and working out averagly I couldnt loose weight either, once I start couting my calories, i start dropping hte lbs...anyway good luck with all your mid terms and school work chicky...
 
Good luck with the exams! Make sure you get some sleep so your brain still works, and if it starts smoking i have a fire extingusher! :D

Seriously though, i know you're gonna kick ass. If you have the determination and grit to stick with this diet thing then you can do anything!
