Confessions of a food Junkie

OMg I feel like a train hit me today...my son's had a cold for the last couple days and today I woke up and I had this nasty headache that seemed to come from behind my right eye and sesitivity to light and noise and extremely sore throat.

I do not feel good at all!

I guess I'll just have to tone it down for the next couple days until I recoup.

Now I'm going for a nap, if you'll excuse me ....*Mumbles, I wish cai boi was here to do his fancy old school maagic and rid me of my bad wind*
 
Sorry you don't feel well, I am sick too, I've been sick for about 2-3 weeks now...whats going around here takes about a good month before it goes away so 1-2 more weeks! yea! lol have a good day!
 
OMG I could not handle a month of feeling like this!!! I fell asleep at 7pm and just got up now (10pm) and will shortly be going back to bed for a 7am wake up call.


I know I should have a lot of rest, so that is my plan. I'm going to go back to 30 minutes a day tomorrow, thursday and friday and then really try to go to bed earlier. I've got so much homewerk to do this weekend, I hope I can feel better by then!:(
 
Well, I'm going to go to drama tonight just incase they don't go outside, but if they do then i'm just going to head to the gym for 30 minutes or so and then I'll head home and do some homework and more sleep.
 
My drama prof really likes to do our stuff outside to connect us to the natural stage (as it was the first stage right haha) and it's going to start snowing soon, so he wants to do these nights before it get too cold I guess.


The class did end up going outside, so I walked over to gym and I did the elliptical again. I only had intensions of doing 30 minutes, but once I'm on it, it takes a lot to get me to get off (like another person wanting to use the machine haha), so I did 66 minutes. It made me feel better! :)

Anyways, I'm off to do some homework, so toodles *waves*

Awe thanks for checking in on me girls!

This past weekend was Thanksgiving and my parents came down from another province so I spent most of my weekend doing things with them and this week at school is NUTS!! IN the next 2 weeks I have 3 midterms and one major paper due plus all my regular class work :mad: !! It's really busy.

I had no school monday and the gym was closed because it's the school's gym, so I missed my monday workout. I did make it to my wednesday work out but I had to do a light work out because my heart rate was a little wonky so I only did 33 minutes instead of 66.

Oh on the note of thanksgiving, I did extremely well. I definately didn't overeat and I only had a very small piece of pumpkin pie with a tsp of no fat whipped cream. :)

I also have started logging my calories again because I thought my eating could have something to do with why I'm having a hard time losing weight. I decided my target calories perday are between 1500 to 1800 per day. The first day I recorded I ate 1623 calories, day 2 I ate 1798 calories and day 3 I ate 1643.5 calories. I decided to up them because I'm working out pretty hard lately, like about 198 minutes a week and burning an average of 2550 calories a week. My matenience calories are 3200 when I work out so I think I'm ok, but when I don't work out its more like 2700 calories.

Great going Miss K, that awesome.

I think its hardest when other people cook because you never know when or what you will be eating. So taking that into account you did awesome!
 
Well I guess I couldn't have done that well because I am STILL ****ing 313 :mad:

This is really fusterating me. I kept my food diary and I haven't gone over 1800 calories and I get exercise in either by going to the gym or walking so I don't understand why I can't even go down half a lb...that's all I'm asking for right now!!!!

I can't wait to go to the doc's office to get blood work done. I'm trying really hard here to balance foods with physical activity. I do know there are a couple things I can cut out that I could replace with a vegetable or fruits or something with less empty calories so that is my next move (ie. no more spicy burritos which I only had twice and the days I didn't have it were better)
