1 cut up turkey buger @ 190 cals
16 oz water @ 0 cals
267 calories
P.M. Snack:
38 mini whole wheat crackers @ 200 cals
1 raw mango @ 134 cals
1 glass of diet pepsi @ 2 cals
336 Calories
Supper:
1 small to medium lean steak @ ??? guessing 300 or 400 cals
1 tsp of bbq sauce @ 22.5 cals
10 raw baby carrots @ 35 cals
1 cup of yongurt @ 40 cals

Well that's a little bit low for the day...but I guess that sort of makes up for those drinks I had last night and the fact that sundays are my day off from the walking. Back adder tomorrow. Hubby is working some overtime tonight so it would just be me and my son. Instead, I have to cut out my stencils and then I just have to tape them up and paint and then I am done my room finally! So more painting and taping exercise for me
I'm still drinking water right now to make it to my goal of 80 oz for the day and won't stop until I do.
Anyways, I think I had a great weekend at home.
