Confessions of a food Junkie

Well my steak wasn't marbled that's for sure! I can't barely eat stake. I hate any fat on my meat...I normally get extra lean cuts of anything.

Mangos are my most favorite fruit. I wish you could have them but there are tons of other great fruits out there.
 
yeah, but you know you always crave what you can't have. :)

It sounds like you're doing great, you've got a clear plan and all kinds of goals to meet!!
 
Kallie - sounds like you had great time on the dancefloor. Glad to hear you're regaining your confidence (and dancefloor):) And remember the two most important words while dancing - Flaunt it:D
 
Oh you did so well! Great job dancing!! Maybe you wouldn't have if you'd not had the shot or the beer, so it all works out, right? Sorry about the look the kid gave you. People can be such jerks! His loss!

I was supposed to weigh in this morning but my scale won't turn on. Someone butthe mop bucket with water in it on the scale, thus leaving the scale on all weekend. I think the battery is dead (digital). Now I can't weigh in. :( I can't even go buy another scale until friday. *pouts*

Oh Kallie, that's gotta suck, but look on the bright side. I doubt you've done any harm because you've been doing so well...:)

miss kallie sorry to hear about the scale. wondering if your losing weight makes for a long day. i had to go a month wondering and its not fun. Im sure your doing fine though. Hey no worries.......

I was tinkering with it and I got it to work, but it took me until 11:30 am to get it to work. I weighed in at 315.5, but that was after breakfast and water so one lb doesn't seem like a big deal.

I just go to twinny's (thanks T2, hope you don't mind I'm borrowing the name LOL) diary to remind myself of the math and I know its only a matter of time before I lose agian so I'm all good.:) :D :cool:
 
I know how you feel our scale keeps breaking and it is so irritating! I'm sure you have lost but the wondering is always the worst part. Keep up the good work! Hope you are having a good day!!
 
I thought I'd type this while my comp is still functioning...


I was just surfing the net when I got a nasty pop up and then I tried to exit it and I accidentally hit something else(i need to clean my mouse or get a new one :rolleyes: ) and i think I downloaded something bad to my comp because its going haywire! My comp is informing me that it has viruses up the yingyang and omg I don't know what to do HELP!

I cannot afford to lose my comp...I need it for school...jeeese what have i done. I hate technology!

If I dissapear its because my comp is on the fritz. I'm running my adware,virus and spybot software right now....hopefully this doesn't wreck my comp!
 
Miss kallie if that dosent reveal anything sometimes restoring your computer to a past restore point will fix the problem. Or it could simply be your windows doing what microsoft is know for. (all this is just assuming you are running microsoft windows yukkkkkk) If all that dosent work back up what you need to save and gulp...... reinstall your windows which will format all the old and give you a clean new install..... if I can ever be of help to keep the computer repair people from getting into your pockets please dont hesitate to ask.....lee

P.M. Snack:

None...was out running around

Supper:

Chili ( 1 can of stagg chili, 1 can of corn, 1 lb of lean ground hamburger, 1 cup of pasta sauce) which I had 1 1/2 cups of. Guessing 300 cals
1 1/2 cup of white rice @ 254 cals
554 cals


Drinks for today:

About 2 liters of chrystal light @ about 20 cals
16 oz of plain water. :( @ 0 cals

DAILY TOTAL:1218


NOTES: Today was really off for me. I've had a great week and today just felt off. I haven't had to do any running around and that yet, so today was a learning experience. When I'm at home I can be willy nilly about it cause I have that time to decide, but when I have to do running around, I need to have my meals planed to a T and have them prepared before hand.

This past week is a grocery shopping learning experience too. I've learned that I need to buy a little more of this and a little less of that. I need to buy a big container for water to put in my fridge so it is as cold as I like it to be because I hate warm water *YUCK* and that is why I didn't really drink any plain water today. I'll be fixing that tomorrow.:)

I also did not go on my walk tonight and I missed it:( . I was trying to undo the damage done to my comp that I did to it earlier today *doh* but finallly got that straightened out, thanks to advice from Lee *HUGS* thanks Lee!

Back to work tomorrow to apply new found knowledge from today!

Honey, we all have off days. But despite that it looks like you took pretty good care of yourself. So don't be down about it. You're doing great.

By the way, did you get your stenciling done? We want to see pictures!!!
 
I finally figured out why I was having an off past few days thanks to the let's rock motivational club. Thanks guys!:D

I haven't post daily goals or scheduals since friday night for saterday *DUH*


I have a lot of things to do but I can't do them until Friday.


I dropped off another application at block buster today. I was love to work in a movie store. I love movies. My favorite past time. I went to New Mexico with my class back in may and a lot of people went white water rafter...what did I do...LOL I went and saw the DaVinci Code in theatre instead LOL.

Anyways, I hope to get on there. I do have another option, but it is a far drive from my house...Husky travel centre either waitressing or working as a cashier in the store part. Like I said before, I'd rather not work around food but maybe the tips would be nice...I wonder if it would pay to drive that far for the wage though??? I don't know...just thinking outloud.
 
You're doing great, Kallie! Enjoy those walks and notice how much easier they get. Your food looks good! I hope you get good news on the job front.
 
Waitressing is hard work, and you'd get a ton of exercise... Back in my college days, when I waitressed and bartended, I was so busy, there really wasn't much time to think about food... it's quite different than working in a fast food place where it's just there...
