1 cup of soup @ 100 cals

None...was out running around
Supper:
Chili ( 1 can of stagg chili, 1 can of corn, 1 lb of lean ground hamburger, 1 cup of pasta sauce) which I had 1 1/2 cups of. Guessing 300 cals
1 1/2 cup of white rice @ 254 cals

Drinks for today:
About 2 liters of chrystal light @ about 20 cals
16 oz of plain water.

NOTES: Today was really off for me. I've had a great week and today just felt off. I haven't had to do any running around and that yet, so today was a learning experience. When I'm at home I can be willy nilly about it cause I have that time to decide, but when I have to do running around, I need to have my meals planed to a T and have them prepared before hand.
This past week is a grocery shopping learning experience too. I've learned that I need to buy a little more of this and a little less of that. I need to buy a big container for water to put in my fridge so it is as cold as I like it to be because I hate warm water *YUCK* and that is why I didn't really drink any plain water today. I'll be fixing that tomorrow.
I also did not go on my walk tonight and I missed it

. I was trying to undo the damage done to my comp that I did to it earlier today *doh* but finallly got that straightened out, thanks to advice from Lee *HUGS* thanks Lee!
Back to work tomorrow to apply new found knowledge from today!
