Thanks for posting in my diary. I've been trying to catch up with your diary. I know how you feel about the gym. I have the same problem.
Keep up with the walking. I walked at least 6 days a week (2-4 miles each day), and I am feeling a lot better. You do not have to get up early to exercise, you can do it in the afternoons or evenings.
congrats on staying away from fast food. I use to eat a lot of fast food because I never have time to cook. I went 4 weeks without fast food, but last weekend I binged and I felt so horrible the next morning that I said to myself that I will never eat fast food again. Well, at leat not for a very long time.
