Good Evening Everyone!!!

Well I am now in hangover mode... lovely... the after effects without any of the fun:rotflmao:
I am very proud that I actually made it to the gym anyway. I gotta start kicking ass there like crazy... weigh in is soon ... 15 days seems like a long time but it comes up really fast dammit!!!

Food today:

Breakfast: plum, hard boiled egg, half a yogurt
Snack: cheerios with a little bit of milk
Lunch: spinach wrap with turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato and onion
Dinner: steak sandwich (in honor of Amber's steak hoagies) with a salad lettuce tomato onion carrots, no dressing:)

I've been toying with the idea of trying to run a 5k (I know this is a short distance but i've never done this before) or a 10k in the spring time... along with trying to find a softball team... I really miss team sports.

I hope everyone had a kick ass day and is having a relaxing evening:hug2:

Yay for steak sandwiches. I am making steak and onion hoagies tonight for the people coming to dinner. Hopefully they will like them!

Running 5km is a BIG DEAL!!!..I cant even run one without stopping to take a breath...lol...So its definitely not a short distance...lol...I wish you the best of luck with acheiving the 5km run, the 10km run in the spring and on finding a softball team...I would love to get into some sports too but I'll consider that when I'm in better shape...lol...I personally like tennis, volleyball and basketball(but I'm not too good at basketball..lol...but then again they say practice makes perfect...:) )

I've been flicking round a few diaries to find similar people to lend support with (as I just read Mal’s posting on Drive By Postings – which I totally agree with) and came across you. I'm a teeny, tiny 5ft tall also and I don’t half find it hard shifting the weight I have on my tiny frame! :( Still.. good things do come in small packages.. and my favourite one as My Dad always said.. was “The rain hits the big people first” ;) Good luck with all your goals. I endeavour to pop in every now and again to see how you are doing :)

As for the possibility of running a 5k/ 10k race in spring... girl, if you start something up, I'll go along also! You should make this a challenge: everyone trains towards running a 5k during the spring time. Gotta come up with something really catchy of a name first though. haha Hmmm.. I better get tips from MsFatSuitGoing aka Sara... that girl just ran a freaking 12K. Sheesh!

Btw, thanks for the email. That was too cute, girly. :hug2: I hope you have a great day. School's almost out and THEN you can go absolutely crazy! WOOOT!

Damn I kicked ass at the gym today... woohoo... 70 minutes on the treadmill hill setting 3.6 miles.... 22 minutes on the bike hill settings 4.5 miles... and about an hour of weight traning... I don't even know how or why or wtf happened lol
But it was friggin awesome!!!

Yea we should try and think something up... we'd also have to find where people could find a 5k near them... its 3.1 miles so I really think I can do it... I do at least than in an hour at the gym now... of course i'd have to work on the time.... hmmm... we should brainstorm names... it would be a lotta fun:)

From my last day of class until graduation I have 15 days with no class or anything so I'm going to ease inot studying for the LSAT but its mostly gonna be workout focuses... I'm gonna be quite a fat buster for those days:rotflmao:

I love Tennis.... I took lessons from 3 years old until the beginning of high school. Its soo much fun and an awesome workout!! I havn't played in forever... I probably suck now.

Awesome job on the gym! You kicked butt b/c you are treating your body right and it is responding well. Woot!
"fat buster" is officially the coolest term ever. Keep your body strong and your mind will fall into line. I plan to exercise before classes everyday to keep my mind in gear. I wish you the best with the LSAT!
I was thinking of picking up tennis. Looks like fun. There's nowhere to play around here though.

Hahahaha! Know that feeling all too well! Going jogging tonight and I've just bought some new jogging pants. I KNOW they are going to be way too long for me. No way am I jogging round the dock wearing ho heels though... I'll break my blinkin' neck!!! If I'm dead tomorrow... it wasn't the biscuits that got me... :p

Apparently my husband REALLY liked the steak and onion hoagies, as I woke up today to find he ate TWO more of them after I went to bed. That puts his count to 5 since dinner last night. Crazy man.

Hello fellow Fat Busters!

Ugh... today so was not as planned. I get to school run around... I went about a 1.5 running all over campus to get shit done (at least I got another mile and a half in). Then I get to class and that dumb (i'll refrain from all the colorful words going through my mind) excuse for a teacher... cancelled class I went all the way to school and class was cancelled! UGHHHH... I rush through my whole morning just to get to class on time... and then I get there and its cancelled!

Then I come home to work on a project and that just totally was not going right... it was just an overall frustrating day!

Then I pick my boyfriend up for work and we go out to dinner with our friend and the place sucked hard-core... and I'm just soo tired and upset... I think
TOM may be coming for another visit so soon!!! Its hard to say I hate TOM because that's my brother's name.

oo0ooo yea... my brother who does nothing but works for his best friends father in some cooshy job where he doens't really have to do anything but gets paid well... he just went to florida with his best friend and other friends to stay in his boss's condo because he needed a vacation... WTF what does he need a vacation from... he doesn't do anything... i want a vacation... he's always going on vacation cruise's, mexico... and god knows where else!!!!!

UGHH..........Sorry about my ranting but I just needed to get that all out!!!

Food Today:
Breakfast: plum and hardboiled egg
Snack: cheerios with banana and some skim milk
Lunch: egg salad on whole wheat (it was gross) and a pear
Dinner: Grilled Chicken with spinach and sundried tomatoes and melted mozzarella (it was a sammich I took the bread off) I asked for a side of steamed veggies instead of fries and they brought me overcooked veggies drenched in butter... GROSS!!!

Thank you to everyone who comes and supports me I love you all!!! Sorry i didn't get to your journals much yet today... very busy and frustrating I'm gonna get there though!

Now I am crying uncontrollably... I don't know why... no reason.

I feel soo alone (eventhough my boyfriend is right here) and soo unliked and isolated...WTF is wrong with me :cry: :cry:
 
*hug* I wish that there was something I could do to make you feel better! It's not fair that your brother does nothing and gets to go on vacations, but keep this in mind- you're getting your education, and having a college degree means getting a better job, and always being able to get a good job....your brother could lose that job at any time and might not be able to snag another one like it. You're also doing another good thing for yourself by trying to lose weight, and you should be proud of yourself for what you've done so far!

I support you and like you A LOT and I'm 1000% positive that there are other people here that like you and support you greatly.
