Good Evening Everyone!!!
Well I am now in hangover mode... lovely... the after effects without any of the fun
I am very proud that I actually made it to the gym anyway. I gotta start kicking ass there like crazy... weigh in is soon ... 15 days seems like a long time but it comes up really fast dammit!!!
Food today:
Breakfast: plum, hard boiled egg, half a yogurt
Snack: cheerios with a little bit of milk
Lunch: spinach wrap with turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato and onion
Dinner: steak sandwich (in honor of Amber's steak hoagies) with a salad lettuce tomato onion carrots, no dressing
I've been toying with the idea of trying to run a 5k (I know this is a short distance but i've never done this before) or a 10k in the spring time... along with trying to find a softball team... I really miss team sports.
I hope everyone had a kick ass day and is having a relaxing evening
