Rarr Migraines
Migraines put a hold on your life it seems. I used to get them really badly. I took prescribed meds but as I've started to lose weight and exercise more it's really helped with them. All I need now is an Excedrin Migraine dose and a good nap. I do hate that 'leftover migraine' feeling though. So draining. Sometimes pushing through the day helps sometimes not, everyone has their own recovery schedule.
As for the gym schedule… maybe you could have a session or two with a personal trainer? They could advise you on what would be most beneficial to you on your way to your goal. It's probably well worth the cash investment.
