I only got in 6 glasses yesterday, but today I'm going for 8-10. I already have in 2 and I'm working on my 3rd. Gosh will I be using the bathroom a lot today.

Alright, so for food:

Breakfast: 150
Eggs (1 full, 1 white)- 100
Grapes- 50

Lunch (1 pm): 410
Wheat Bagel- 210
Peanut Butter- 150
Grapes- 50

Snack (4 pm): 170
Yogurt 100
Toast 70

Dinner (7 pm): 190
Turkey Burger + BBQ sauce: 190

After dinner/running snack (9-10 pm): 150
Fruit salad: 100
Carrots: 50

Total today: 1070 I know it will increase as the day goes on.

I also found a site called sparkpeople.com. I use it to track but they also have a lot of other features including some really good articles. I still think this place is the best for journals though, as there are way too many people there.
 
So, I weighed today, and I'm happy. I'm down 12 pounds from when I weighed myself a month ago. :) From now on I'm weighing every week. I wanted to do it on Wednesday, but I couldn't wait this week. Next week will probably be on a Wednesday though.

As for today, I'm debating what to have for breakfast. I think I'm going to go with oatmeal.

I'll post other meals when I get done with breakfast, as my stomach is about ready to shoot me.

I had a decent day yesterday

Things I did well
I stayed in my calorie range.
I avoided a lot of snacking.

Things I did badly
I didn't do my 5 mile run, however I did have a softball game :)
I forgot to write down all my food :(

Raisin English Muffin: 130.

Lunch: 320
Whole Wheat Bagel: 170
Peanut Butter: 150

(3 pm)Snack: 240
Yogurt: 100
Toast: 140

(6 pm)Dinner: 310
Turkey Burger: 160
BBQ sauce: 50
Banana: 100

(8 or 9 pm)After Dinner Snack: 320
Bagel + PB= 320

Total=1320
 
Hey there! Sounds like you are doing great! Reading you tell about how you've lost your weight so far is a nice inspiration and motivation for me! Keep up the awesome work!
 
Well done on loosing the 12lb within a month - that really is excellent! Your food looks really great as well, keep this up and you'll be at your goal in no time at all!:)
 
Thanks you guys! Today I'm like fighting myself. I'm not exactly gonna get it in well, but I WILL be in my calorie range.

I've just been really depressed lately. The worst combination... guys and high school drama, but I have like no one to talk to about it.

I think it's taking a toll on my stomach. I have nothing else to do but sit here and think about him or eat.
 
First of all, 12 pounds in one month is amazing!!! Congratulations!

As for the life crap getting you down, it will get better. And if you need someone to talk to you know we'll listen. We all have to vent once in awhile!

oh, boys

Boys generally just are so much less mature than girls as teens. I remember those days. Take heart, and whatever happens, be true to yourself.

I didn't meet a really great guy until I was in college, anyway. I married him! We are still friends with a couple of the other guys from our dorms. These guys all turned out to be great husbands and fathers. I don't know how the guys I knew in high school turned out, because they are just history.

I don't know what your situation is, but just maintain your dignity and self-respect, and whatever the situation is will work itself out in the end.
 
I agree with what twinmom says, my friends always wondered why I went for older men (the answer being of course that no one my age knows what it is they want). Even the ones that are a few years older than me still seem a bit confused.:rolleyes:

Just got back after a week's vacation to read that you lost 12 pounds last month. That is amazing!!! Congratulations...so happy for you. You will be at your goal in no time.
