I am an old man of 38, who no longer has the time, nor the energy to train "hard and properly".
I have now started on this very modest HIT-like routine.
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun
Squat 1-2 sets 10-15 reps
Standing forward leaned row with barbell 1-2 sets 10-15 reps
Push ups on floor 1-2 sets maximum reps
That's it. Will directly and indirectly work most bodyparts. Will maybe do some abs and some hamstrings on one day per week. If so, then 1-2 sets of crunches to max, and 1-2 set of straight deadlift, or normal deadlift.
