Worth a try...
Relead72 I don't know if you would like this or not - I've never been game enough to try it, but you could try making coffee yougurt. Dissolve some instant coffee (decaff if you choose) and add it to your yogurt with some sweetener. I have no idea what it would taste like, but I have seen cooffe yogurt for sale in the supermarket so some people out there must like it. You could b one of them...worth a try?
Also, with the apple and yogurt blends...I too get hungry if I have an apple as one of my fruit for breakfast, so I try to have an apple as my 2nd piece of fruit and I have it at night for desert - made into apple crumble - YUM! Anyway, I tried this and it tasted not too bad. Grate up an apple and cook it in a little sprite zero with some cloves and a cinamon stick. Remove the cinamon stick and cloves and cool. Mix this through your yogurt allowance the night before you eat it. Enjoy your breakfast the next day!
Hope these ideas work for you!
Reload72 said:1st try : blend some peach, yogurt and diet coke (cant find diet sprite/7up in sg) - taste : not so nice, sour, coke is not a good choice with yogurt (cant remember if i was hungry minutes before mealtime).
2nd try : blend some apple juice and yogurt - taste : sweeter and better... but A HUGE MISTAKE, also hungry on the last hour before lunch time.
Today 3rd try : blend whole apple and yogurt with some sweetener and abit of water - taste : still abit sour (better then peaches & coke) and mealtime, am still not hungry.
