The Fat Lady Must Be Singing Somewhere Because Baby It Is All Over!!!

Well I am finished! Yesterday was the end of the re-feed program so today is my first day of life after! I was a bit scared about how I might behave once the program was officially over, but I am happy to report that I had toast with baked beans (my old favourite from WW days) for breakfast, a grilled chicken salad (with only Cohen's ingredients) and fat free dressing for lunch and 1 apple. I really don't want to go back to my old ways and feel that some kind of sensible, responsible force is driving my food choices - I think they call that a conscience...?! Anyway, it is all good! I have ended up at 66kg which obviously isn't what I had initially intended - I was aiming for 64kg. I thought I might lose a bit more on re-feed but it didn't happen and to be honest, people keep telling me not to lose any more weight, and I feel good so I think I might leave it here for now. I am going back to Melbourne this weekend for a really good friend's wedding, and my goal was to finish Cohen's and be back to my old shape and size in time for the wedding, so I have now achieved that and will stop for now. At least I know what to do should I choose to lose a bit more in the future...

Some of you might recall that my husband lost his job at easter and today he has found out that he was successful in getting not one but 2 new jobs so he has the luxury of choosing, which is awesome and a huge relief! I feel like things have really turned around for both of us!

Kim - OMG you poor thing. I am so sorry for you about the accident. Please keep us posted and let us know how you are doing. We will be your Cohens and rehabilitiation support group all at once!

Mishy - great to see that you are back on the forum too. I was inspired by your experiences and recipes when I began my Cohen's journey so thank you for that.

I Can I Will - you are so close to finishing as well. I was going to put a message up in the life after Cohen's room but thought I might get lonely! We can chat there together very soon!

Lizzi - You have been such an amazing inspiration to all of us on the forum, constantly supporting others and sharing your knowledge and wisdom with us. You are my Cohenette of the year and I will be faithfully checking in for as long as it takes to hear about your success and elation when, in a few month's time, you reach your goal as well.

Ridiculous - don't be disheartened because your progress has slowed, just keep on sticking to the program and be convinced that it will work for you.

PinkVirgo - Your path certainly has been bumpy but your sense of humor has been unfailing. Stick it out sister and you'll be there in no time!

To everyone else, keep up the great work. I'll keep checking in on you all so if anyone wants some advice or tips/hints etc, just let me know!

Thanks to everyone for your support and encouragement!

:) Hi guys (or that should be gals). Been reading over all the many, many posts, phew, and see some have been having trouble sticking to the straight and narrow. Makes me feel better to know that we're not all perfect (not that anyone ever said they were :p ) I too had an awful weekend with deviations all over the place.
Started Sat pm when son bought a deep fryer which he had always wanted, and some fish so of course we had to have fish and chips for tea (they were quite yummy) then mothers day we took the mother in law , myself, daughter and granddaughter along with other family for coffee and cake (I dont even like coffee) but ended up having a mocka and cheesecake, didn"t have lunch though (probably should have). Then had dinner at home and made szechuan chicken with chinese veges, abstained from the fried rice, but altogether had far toooooo much and felt really bloated and ashamed all night. Got up this morning and said that's it, no more. So am back on the wagon. But tomorrow is my next blood test and weigh in so am crossing my fingers. Will let you know how I go. Would love to change my ticker.

pink VirgoDont worry about the deviations too much as it will just mean that it will take longer (you and me both) but at least by looking at your ticker you're over the half way mark. Congratulations that must make you feel really good. Keep it up.;)

Kim J01Sorry to hear of the accident. Glad too hear you'e on the road to recovery. Chin up and know that everyone here is thinking of you. Now you'll have plenty of time to rest and post us all with your progress:)

Tasm82Your hubby shouldn't need to join. Mine is doing the diet with me and he has lost about 2kg more than me. I make him the same meals but increase the amounts and the fruit and bikkies and he is doing really well. I know they tell you it goes on your blood tests etc but it really cann't do any damage as it is really only healthy sensible eating. Everyone keeps telling him that he doesn't need to lose anymore but hardly anyone is commenting on my lose yet:confused: I guess because he's taller it is more noticable. Oh well I'll get there eventually.

Well must away and do some housework and drink some more water. Hope to be able to change my ticker tomorrow, keep all your collective fingers crossed for me.

Cheers from the West.:)

Water intake...

Gayegel - Hubby joined the cohens program at the same time i did so all up it cost us $1360 plus $42 for the blood tests. But hey if we are going to get our lives back on track then it's worth every cent.
So far i have managed to loose 4.8kg in 7 days... Is there any limit on water. like i know 2L minimum but is there any limit to stop at as i had cracked the 2L mark by 10 this morning and just hitting the 4L mark now...
Can someone tell me if this would make a difference or not?

cheers Tam

Water Intake...

TASM82 - with regard to your question about water, I remembered RAJAH ( where are you these days RAJAH?! ) posted something a little while ago about water maths.... well, I searched the forum and finally found it. Here it is, this may help you with your concern about how much water to have:

Was browsing the latest edition of Slimming and I just had to share this little bit of info. Very interesting.....

To work out exactly how much water you should be drinking, multiply your weight in kilos by 0.003 and you'll get your own personalised water requirement; eg 70 (kilos) x 0.033 = 2.31 (litres).

Everyone else, keep up the great work. Don't try to drown yourself with too much water though, if you don't need it LOL ( It can be very bad for you, just keep that in mind ).

Take care ;)

Any Words of Wisdom for a Cohen's wannabe

HI Everyone! I just joined and I am sooooooo excited to have found this site!
I haven't joined Conhen's but I really want too...

I have come the the stage where I realise, losing 10kgs on my own 'aint enough.

I want to get married, but I realise not being completly happy with myself will only result in a miserable unionship with my husband-to-be...

Any words of wisdom for me on Conhen's, what to expect, how the programme is etc....????:(

Hellooooo ....!

Day 13 of refeed almost over....YIPEEEEEEEEEEEE !!!!!! :D

Sorry to have been a bit slack posting, we have had some horrible things to deal with in my family. My father-in-law has been on life support and was given a 90% chance of dying only 4 days ago. BUT....today he has opened his eyes & responded to commands like 'squeezing the nurse's hand!' He is still very critical & has every tube - machine attached to him & a big breathing tube down his throat (I'm sure he'll curse that when they are removing it....ouch! ) But he's at least alert enough to recognise voice commands!! :) So we are VERY happy with that!!!!!! My hubby has been at his Dad's side for the past week & I've really missed him - wanted SO MUCH to cheat this program, but the thought of cheating really didn't sit well, when I thought of the struggle my father-in-law was enduring...Made me think - sticking to this program IS NOT that hard!!

Ok...
Day 13

NO joke it was so hard to get through tea tonight...why...??? I'll tell you guys what I had to consume today...

40g carrot

Could of had 3 slices bread (But didn't!!) - had my crispbread allowance instead Not to mention the 4 fruits!!!!! YEP I'm FULL!!!

moneypenny....YOU are a champion!!! CONGRAT'S on finishing the program, SO proud of you!!!!! You bet we'll chat on the 'Life After Cohen's forum' - See you there in 4 days!! XXXXX

Miss Kath - 2 days into the refeed....it will be over before you know it!! You Go Girl!! See you on the 'Life After Cohen's' forum too!!!!!! XXXXX

lizzi - It seems to have been a bug in the tum, thank goodness...phew!...cause the thought of it being the refeed was a bit scary!! But no it was def. a bug & it seems others have also suffered the same (who are non-cohen's!!;) ) You are my hero, I love seeing your ticker moving down, you are a true inspiration & deserve nothing but admiration - will be seeing you on the 'Life After Cohen's' forum soon too XXXXX

Myshy - My goodness!!! :) SO great to hear from you!!!!!!! We have all been craving the 'life after' girls post's!!!! - So great to hear how things have gone for you since refeed. We'll all be here for you while you take the step to get rid of those couple of kilo's XXXXX

lmr - You sound awesome!!! So happy for your success too!!! NOTHING beats having a second peek at your reflection & liking what you see huh!!?? - Well maybe the size 8 compares!!! ;) Well done & thanks for posting again, we missed you!! :)

I'm not trying to be a snob - But it is SO hard to write to everyone individually, but please know my thoughts are with each & everyone of you -especially kim_jo1 as you recover...stay strong, positive & full of water! ;)

Ciao for now!!

Going for the Blood Test

Hi,

Well done "i CaN i WiLL" on maintaining the motivation! Its hard to maintain focus, but when you realise whats important its easy to regain that tunnel vision and really stick to it! Also, very sorry to hear about your father in law. My prayers are with you....I have been in a similar situation and trust me, you realise what family is all about at times like this.

I have decided, I am going for the blood test!!!!!:D

Its pricey but an investment! I guess my fear is I have done Sureslim but I was literally starving on it!!!. I don't want to be hungry but I think if I can maintain the food and weigh everything I should be ok!

I am currently 163cms and weigh (I think) 88kgs but according to Cohen I should be about 55kgs. Thats a lot to lose, but hopefully I can before I have my engagement party and wedding!

Does this sound crazy....but I am almost afraid to be skinny...

What exciting posts!

L-Jay: I love your quotes – especially:
A pessimist wilts at the exact time an optimist perseveres, breaking through an invisible barrier.
We have so many choices about how we respond to things even when it is tough! And it can be so freeing to realize that some limiting factor has not been a barrier at all!!

lmr: SO good to hear from you. It is thrilling and motivating to find that you are more than just surviving out there. And you must look and feel great. It seems you are more able to listen to what your body needs and respond appropriately, which is what the program says it is all about. Seems you are still putting effort into it, and that too is a good thing – I know I need to do some fitness things when I finish and that is a life-long need. So pleased for you – and encouraged for all of us. Thank you for posting.

myshy: Great to hear from you too!! Was wondering how you were. I remember that the last weeks for you were very difficult and you really struggled to wait for refeed and to stick to it. But you got a good result and you have to be pleased with that. You also know that when you are ready, you CAN do it! And that last couple of kilos will also be gone. Hope all is going well with your studies too. So glad you posted.

moneypenny: YOU DID IT WOW!! AND WOW AGAIN!!
So pleased for you. I enjoy your posts and watching your progress. You made it! And now you can enjoy life in a new dimension as a thin person again. Don’t worry about the extra 2 kilos, you have the tools to deal with it when you are ready. And over the next few months the weight can more easily distribute anyway they say. So maybe you will know more about whether or not you need to go there. And if you do some toning exercise that may deal with it anyway? Enjoy your new status and make sure when you are eating a culinary treat, that you occasionally remember us. Thanks for all your encouragement. And I will get to the end!

Miss Kath: Finally you are on your refeed! Your discipline in waiting has to be admired – and it seems your binge is back on track. You are so close now – make sure it is 100% so that you get the result and stabilization that you deserve. You have done so well!

i Can i Will: Your posts are always so helpful. Thanks for the clarity and explanation. I am so looking forward to your menu! IT might be hard to get through this week, but I’m sure your body will get used to normal portions again. Sounds wonderful. You are SO CLOSE now, you must be able to smell the finish. And thanks again for the interest in my progress – very much appreciated. Will see you at After life ASAP!!

Also, I am so intrigued by the extra info you get with your program and the extra foods. I would so love to hear about some of that! And on your program where do these foods fit: avocado? Rasberries? Rhubarb? String beans? I have endless questions! Do you know what is wrong with smoked fish? Which cheeses can you have? (oops, I’d better stop). Maybe you don’t know these answers, but it seems your company has some answers which greatly impressed me.

Wow, so much to post - the one I have drafted is too long so will post the rest later.
Got to go to work now,
lizzi

Hi There

Good Morning to all the Cohen Gang,

It has taken me a good 20 mins to read all the posts - I have not been on all week.

Very excited to hear from Myshy - when I was first thinking about doing Cohens I too was reading through all the posts - and I loved reading how Myshy was going. Welcome back those last kgs will drop off as you know it works. Thanks for the tips on cheating - as I think I am not doing much harm by cheating here and there - and I am!

ICIW Sorry to hear about your Father In Law - my thoughts are with your family - if anyone should 'cheat' it should by you! Well done on staying ture to yourself.

I have my 12 week blood test today - and weigh in on Thursday. I have to confess - I have just lost the plot with it, I weighed myself this morning and I was 68.5kgs - I have lost .5kg since my 8 week weigh in. I feel so bad that I will have to 'fess up' that I have been hit and miss with it the last few weeks.

To think if I stayed true to the program I too would be doing the re feed too!

Sorry I am not writting individual messages, love reading them all, well done to all the girls who are on the re feeds. RJM - awesome to hear from you too - I think your post is the very first one!

Hi to Lizzie, hope you are well. You just keep on inspiring us all!

Miss Kath in the UK - you have just blitzed it, well done.

So excited to hear from all the new comers - keep posting, LOVE reading them!

Oh yeah, I knew I had something to say, my Husband it going to join Cohens!

That will have to help me in shedding these last 3.5kgs..........

Sorry that I have dumped...yet again.

Have a great week - and I will commit hear and now that I will too.

Lisa:)

Opps! Type o's.

Sorry All, that you had to read through my post - it was the first time that I didn't do my 'check' and yep, sure enough there were boo boos.

I also meant my message for IMR - not RJM! Got a little confussed!

Just about to have my tuna, rocket and green capsicum for lunch - with my mayo allowance.

Very hungry today and 1/2 way through my 3 litres of water.

Bye

L

going strong!

HI all!
i'm still going strong, three weeks its been now since i deviated, and i'm so proud! this is the longest i've got in a long time without deviating! and there's been 3 bdays at work in the last week as well! so taht means lots of yummy cake and bikkies and cupcakes! mmmm yummo. anyway, i'm aiming to be done or at least starting refeed by my birthday and that's the middle of august, so i hope i get there. i know if i dont deviate i should be able to make it.

gosh it seems we have a lot of refeeders /afterlifers right now!

i can i will - i love hearing about your refeed. sounds great. i reckon i could get through those big meals heheeh! i guess i'll wait and see. not many people i've spoken to have been able to get through the meals they've been so big!!

oh okay i've really gotta go, its been short but i'm reading and its getting me through, soon i'll be all skinny and done!! can't wait for my birthday cake in august heheh! :D

Hi Everyone,
Well D-Day has arrived. I am "officially" on the plan again to try and shift those last couple of kilos.
I weighed in this morning at 66.1 which is 3 kilos higher than I finished at, but 2 kilos of this is due to having pasta/bread the last couple of days. My weight will go up down solely dependent on whether or not I am eating bread (which I generally don't, but garlic bread is my weakness).

So here I am, hoping to be accountable to you all!
Wish me luck!

Myshy

I am still plodding along. No loss on the scales for 2 days. But I am forever trying clothes on and finding that something fits better. Sometimes I get quite a surprise about how fast it is between when something fits and when it is too big!! I love the results.

i CaN i WiLL: Sorry to hear about your father in law. I know that can be just so stressful. My thoughts are with you as you all rally round. Do trust that things go well now that he is responding. Hang in there!

Carissa: Good on you for being so strong.

tania: Welcome and what a good decision to do this. To get your ticker going, you paste it in Edit signature. So go to User CP at the top of the page, then look under control panel at the side of the page. Hope this helps.

Netski: I so know what it is like to lose a message!! I lost the final edit of this one but at least I had created the post on word first .. phewww!! Sorry about your dizzy episode. It could be you overdid it or that you are lacking some vitamin, even magnesium? Or you drank too much water in too short a time? Your husband seems on the mark by giving you what you can eat, how supportive. Anyway, you seem to be doing so well. Keep it up!

Hopeful1: Looking good! Moving fast. You should blitz your next goal. When is your birthday? Bali is sounding good.

gayegel: fish and chips!! I don’t know whether to say good on you or how could you?! Time for 100% now, and I hope your ticker has moved by now! Was good to hear from you, I was wondering how you were. You are so close now - will be there in no time.

dilfizzle: Good on you for deciding on the blood test – way to go! This should be a tad more accurate than Sureslim. Be positive! You should be there in no time. But remember this, if your marriage is going to be worth anything, it will be because he loves you for the person you are now. Weight only changes us on the outside in that we are still the same person basically on the inside. And as for loving yourself, even with those kilos extra, it is worth realizing that you are a precious person now and that who you are is essentially already there – you just need the confidence to appreciate yourself. The weight loss is merely an added bonus, even if a very welcome one. Enjoy the ride.

Pink Virgo: Must nearly be time for your answers? And hope you are doing well. I remember hearing about the water maths too. Good one. Glad you found it again.

Tasm82:
Congrats on the fabulous start. You are really off and running well! Really good that you and your husband are doing it properly and together. That way you both get a firm chance to keep it off.

As to the water, the reason too much isn’t good is that it can leach out all the nutrients in your body. But most people don’t drink enough – especially when they are over weight. With the amount you have to lose, 3-5litres seems fair. If you do the maths as Pink Virgo via rajah says, and then do the maths of this one, there is only a difference of half a litre or less. The other one is start with 2 litres and add 1 litre for every 25kgs you need to lose. So both work well and both say you could be over 4 litres if you want to be at the moment. Then you adjust it down. Hope that helps.

lisa c.: You can't change the last 4 weeks, but you can sure lock into the next 4! Glad your husband is joining you, maybe it will be just the motivation that you need.

lisab: Good for you. 3 weeks is enough for you to be back on track and deservedly proud of yourself. Doesn't it make you feel good!!

myshy: Saw your ticker and thought Wow - good for you. Bet it is hard to go back on it though! Sure will be worth it to get what you really want.

Have a good night,
lizzi

Thanks heaps lizzi!!!
Has anyone ever told you that you are a motivational individual???

While I was having my blood test, the pathologist actually mentioned that a lot of clients of Dr. Cohen's have had nothing but wonderful things to say. She also said, that everyone is pleased by their weight loss and wish this was the first step they had taken before spending THOUSANDS on other programmes!

With regards to the marriage side of things...Ever since we started dating we both let ourselves go in the last few years. Lucky for him, he only has 5-8kgs to lose in order to feel good...Why is that females pile on the kgs far more!!!

I guess losing weight to me means the icing on the cake..It means the end of the bad time and the beginning of a new journey together!

I can't wait to get started on the program.

For all the experienced Cohen's members, can you tell me what has been the most difficult aspect of this prgramme and how you cope with it?

I do have a couple of questions:
1. Can you snack on the program?
2. For all the coffee addicts, was it hard to give up the frothy capp's or lattes?
3. Whats the usual amount of weight to lose in a week and a month?

Ooooh, I am so inspired by you all! :)

I landed on this website by just googling to see if I can gain more insight to Cohen's...Too be honest, I just wanted to be fully aware of everything possible!!!!

To all of you, well done and keep going! You are definately an inspiration to me....

Hi everyone!

It has been a couple of days since I posted - I've missed you all!

Dropped mum at the airport this morning, so it is great to have my house back to myself! She was really good about Cohen, and said I was very skinny! Still got about 6kgs or so to go though....

Haven't weighed since Saturday - I hope that I can lose at least a kilo this week - 2 would be better (like old times!).

Loved the water math pink virgo! I'm right on target!

ICIW - well done for your refeed so far!
Moneypenny - I am soooo jealous that you are finished! Great work!

have a great night!

Bella

Just wanted to say...loving the refeed so far! Had my first piece of bread in two months this morning and it was yummy!

I had a lovely piece of multigrain toast with slices of avocado, cracked black pepper, chopped herbs and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil! It was so delicious. And then I had to eat a bowl of lovely low-fat yogurt!! Mmmm..my taste buds were dancing. It is so good to appreciate simple, nourishing foods again.

It is so worth it to have gone through all the hard yakka to get to this point..to be adding food is quite exciting....you guys have to just keep going, knowing that there definitely is life after the diet!! It is worth doing it 100% for that. The sooner you get to this point the better.

Also, did not tell you much about my refeed. It is 14 days long and I will be eating three pieces of bread a day by next week! Crikey!

Today I have to add 1 piece of bread, a new piece of fruit (e.g., melon or pineapple, 30g meat, and 40g vegies. Have Ryvitas as well. Tomorrow it is more protein and vegies with 1 piece of bread. The amounts go up quite a bit next week, don't know how I am going to eat it all!

You have to weigh yourself each day and if you go up more than 1kg you have to repeat two days. So far I have just lost .5kg, hope I don't put any weight on, don't want to have to go back.

And it tells you whether or not you have deviated. Mine said that there had been some deviation but that my hormones had stabilised to within the acceptable range. Yeah! I think most people have minor deviations even if you feel you have followed it 100%, just because of human error!

It tells you how much your BMI has improved, mine from being overweight to being normal (22). My hip to waist ratio has gone from being dangerously high risk apple shape to low risk. I lost 10cm from my waist, not nearly as much from anywhere else. Only 3cm from my bust luckily!! I put most of the weight on my tummy it seems!

Anyway, have a great week and fabulous to read all the posts.

Take care.

Kathy

So good to read everyones postings.

As some of the older ones know my son-in-law was so sick with lymphoma and it was in his bone marrow as well today we got the news we have been waiting for he is in remission we have been crying for months and now we are still crying for joy, at 36 he is so lucky.

So with that news maybe I can get back to this diet and shift more weight its been such a struggle being at the hospital looking after the grandkids missing meals etc I know they are excuses but it was so hard during this time to stick to the cohens diet.

So maybe getting back to regular postings and not having much to worry about will get me motivated. Plus reading how you girls are going will inspire me.

To all the original girls who prayed for him thankyou someone must have heard us I don't think I have ever prayed so much before for this to happen we are feeling so blessed tonight.

So after monday I am back on my diet my son gets married this weekend so after that I am going to be so good.

To all you girls you are all doing so well dont fall off the wagon its so hard to get back on. cheers Dianne

Good Morning Ladies

I have been off work for the last three days sick and i have to say I have really been stuggling to stay true to the program, but I have not broken once. It seems that when I am sick I crave really bad foods not very happy about that also been home alone all day gives me too much time to look at all of the wonderful food that my husband and son can eat and I cant !! :(

Tasm824.8 kgs in one week  that is sensational you must be proud of yourself, I will be happy if I reach that this month !

Tania Well done for beginning the program you have already taken the hardest step..

Hoepful1 You are going along great you will be skinny and in Bali in no time and just think how hot you will look on the beaches !!

Moneypenny You are doing so well it is great to read your posts and take motivation from them.

Gaygel Dont be too worried about your deviations you have come so far and now that you are back on track you will feel better.

I can I Will I'm sorry to hear about your father in law I hope that he is ok, so proud of you for staying strong throughout all of it.

Dilfizzle Welcome to the forum & program the only real snacking we have is witht he fruit and crispbreads but you will find that it is enough you dont need any more than that. In regards to the coffee I struggle every day with not being ablt to have milk & sugar it has been my hardest thing to give up but I got onto to Robert Timms coffee bags (Mocha Kenya Flavour) they have helped me along.

Lis C I completely get your wanting things to speed up but .5 kgs is still a loss which is great

Lisa B Well done 3 weeks is along time when youthink about it. You must have been so strong to resist all of those temptations !

Myshy Good luck for the last few kilos you have come so far and done so well, I hope we can support you in your last little challenge..

Lizzi I do not rely on the scales to tell me what i have lost I am into my 6th week and have only weighed once at my first weigh in. I too can tell by my clothes how I am going and find that much more motivational than scales !

Miss Kath It's great to read to read your posts you certainly help to keep me motivated.

Missys Mum When I first started I read all of the posts and seen what you have been going through. I am so glad to hear your son in law is in remission you have been through so much. It is great to see you back and I hope that we can help you with the rest of your journey.

Well Girls what a lot of posts, you are all doing so well and are keeping me focused and strong, dont know what is wrong with me I cant seem to stop obsessing about food at the moment. The important thing is that I haven't and will not break nd it is all thanks to you guys....:D

Good morning ladies

I was temped on mothers day and caved into lots of food. I felt so out of control once I started. I thought because I was doing so well I deserved a binge (how corrupted is my mind). In the past 3 weeks I have lost 6.4kg I weighed this morning and I am 78kg 600gms less than what I was before the binge (thank God it is not a gain). I feel like the loss is really slowing down in the last week.

My thinking at the time “if I eat and be really good for the next week I would lose over 3kg like I did in my first week”. The reality is that I will not be able to loose that much weight in one week as my body is smaller now than it was 3 weeks ago when I started. I will probably loose another 1 kg this week which will make my monthly loss at around 7.5kg (which I know is the average of 7-10kg in the first month) but I really wanted it to be 10kg.

I had the worst head ache and on Mon and Tuesday as a result of all the food I had eaten on Sunday, I felt like I was in a carb coma. I love the feeling of control on this diet. The good thing is that I have stuck to my plan and have promised my self to never break again.

Something I learnt recently is that your metabolism is a lot faster in the fortnight before your monthly (this is why you generally feel more hungry) this means you should loose more weight in those two weeks. Your metabolism slows down once you get your monthly for the next two weeks and you should loose less weight than the previous fortnight.
