I've just been inspiring myself to stick to the plan 100%, as you can see from my tickers i have a wedding coming up very soon, and have absolutely nothing planned. So I've been looking at wedding dresses on ebay, and there are some gorgeous dresses out there.

I don't think I'll be down to my goal weight in time, but I'd like to be as close as possible, and wearing the nicest dress I can at the time.

I've been having a great day, still in detox and had the slightest headache.
I picked up a hint from some of the old posts about eating fish 3 days in a row can help increase weightloss. so even though it's only the first week, i'm giving that a go. I'm also drinking as much water as i can, averaging about 2.5L a day so far, but am trying to get to 3L.

I wish I had found this site when i was last on the program, the daily support is fantastic. :)

BAM, I had need to lose about 8-10kg to get from one size down to the next, but it's so dependent on the make of the clothes to start with.

I'm with you on that one Bam, I hope they don't shrink!! Just think that they might and certainly don't want them to be saggy (if) when they do!!!
Yes I have MSN. Do you know what to do with it because I have no idea how to set up a new contact!

Slinkee - You have almost 4 months to go to the wedding, you may be able to do it or atleast be almost there!!! I wish you lots of luck to get as close as you can.

Have you done the program before?? How did you go???

I have a friend who is doing the program and she eats the same protein for her meal 2 and 3. I was told that you should eat different proteins for all three meals. Can anyone help me with this?

I have just eaten my grilled cheese and tomato vita wheats - I love grilled cheese!!!

Before & So Far Photos

Hi all!
I can't seem to stay away from the forum today! I think it is because I have a million and one other things to do and I really don't want to do any of them...one of them is getting out my sewing machine to alter some of my favourite skirts and pants so that they stay up on me and don't keep falling down! Someone asked about how many kg loss was needed to go down a size...I have no idea because I decided I wouldn't go and buy new clothes until I got near goal weight. I just started off putting saftey pins in everything...and I had some clothes packed away that I didn't fit into anymore, but that I just couldn't bear to give away. I have however been op shopping and I have also tried on some new things. I have gone from squeezing into a plus size 26, to fitting comfortably into a 'normal' size 16!!! There have also been a few size 14 pants from the op shops that I can now fit into, but they are just that little bit too tight still.
On the subject of breast size - I was a size (are you ready for it???) 16F and I now am sooooooooooo happy to announce that I am currently wearing a size 14DD! Yippee!
To show you all how much progress I have made (and to hopefully inspire those who need it), I have attached a few photos...

hiLess of me.. love to read ur post... u really work so hard and u look really great. I am skeptical about the skin shrinking back ... do you have any problem there?

Saggy skin (or absence of it!)

storm - I can honestly tell you that I have no saggy skin anywhere on my body :D. My boobs are a bit droopier than they were originally, but that was always gonna happen...it is inevitable when you come from a line of large breasted women. Add to that the decision to breastfeed and it is 150% certain to occur :p. I am just so ecstatic that they are getting smaller, that the droopiness (is that even a word?) doesn't even bother me.

Sorry to all for the pitifull size of my photos...Does anyone know how to attach images so that they end up a decent size...I can't seem to figure it out .

Lessofme - you look amazing!!!! You must be so proud of yourself for such a huge achievment.

I too breastfed my babies and have always had large breasts. Even at my skinniest, and I was really skinny I still had a large "C" size. Saggy boobs are still something I don't want to have, that and flabby belly skin. I don't want to sound vain but I still want to be able to go to the beach without worrying about sagging all over the place.

Anyway, well done lessofme, I hope I can do it as quickly as you have.:D

Karol and all melbourne girls we are catching up for a cuppa this saturday at Smoken Joes in Ringwood 9.30am

It would be great to see lots of you there

Less of me, i'm totally blown away. The difference is HUGE! And you're looking simply gorgeous now (before too, but more prominently so now :D). What does your family have to say about the change? I'm so excited for you! :D:D

I'll be visiting my family in the States in June 2007 and my extended family in India in March 2007. And i intend to leave them speechless with the new me! Hopefully everything works out just great :D:D:D

Hooray for Jody :)

You look gorgeous! Such a big difference, well done!!

Well i have just come back from an appointment with my consultant.. and i have been naughty..

I have been having grated cheese on almost all of my dinner's.. BIG NO NO!! And also.. i havent been really eating all of my lunch... another BIG NO NO!!
Or my full fruit allowance.. which isnt good as my blood sugar level fell that low the other day that i blacked out at my desk at work :(

Hrmmm.. id best be picking up my act.. im glad i went today, i actually really thought "Arr a little bit of cheese wont hurt??".. but it has  .. it has resulted in my weightloss only being 5.5 kg's and this is my 3rd week..

Im scared im not going to hit the 10kg mark by the end of the month, which i highly doubt i will at the rate im going.. Not too worry, No more cheese for me.. Id rather be slim then eat cheese anyway LOL

thanks L-Jay
