karol: I remember you - nice to see you are going for it now. Really hope you can click back in.
L-Jay: Great to hear from you. I am so looking forward to enjoying those social occasions again - don't have to eat everything, just be able to make normal choices!! Your ticker says 12kg to go - isn't that a lot less?
Netski: thanks for your reply. Love all those cabbages. A consultant assistant ages ago had said no, but I was never convinced she really knew!! So is everyone sure we can eat those different kinds of cabbages and buk choy, choy sum? Also, chinese cabbage and is it called wombuk? I used to eat all these things, just am so cautious on this program cos I don't want to slow it down. Amyway, it is only 15 days til my last blood test - wow.
~BAM~: That can happen. It will all balance out. So just be patient. The body can be stubborn sometimes.
Bye Bye Blubber: Thanks for the encouragement. I appreciate it. Not long to go now and I am pleased about that!
I went clothes shopping at the weekend. I am still only ever on the hunt for bargains - it is amazing what you can find for less than $15!! Sizes vary so much - I didn't realize. It has been so long!!! But it seems my clothes are a combination of size 16 cordaroy trousers with no stretch, down to a size 12 pair. And my tops are size 14 down to the one I couldn't buy because I needed a size 8 would you believe (and they didn't have it). It was such a thrill to try on so many normal things. But the sizes really do vary so much - even in the same shop. So I never knew if I was medium or small or extra small - seems I am a mixture. I still buy some things a little tight so I can grow into them properly. It is always amazing when I do.
