Been reading this thread on/off past couple days... good job, and good luck to those who are still pushing hard... this really gave me some motivation to push harder, change up my meal habits and workout habits

btw 254.4 as of this morning, down from 280 (that was in May), lookin at 200 by Jan 1st, and 170 with muscle shortly thereafter

LOL Lost less then a lb this week, but it's my pms week which means my usual 3-5lbs of water weight(and I've tested this theory--my body does not mess around and accumulates this--doh!) So, on the bad side, I look like nothing happened this week, but on the plus side, it probably did and is masked with water weight! lol..oh well, still plugging away! pastelroses, we are sitting close to one another to onederland! Pulling for you! You look great and have inspired me to put a couple pics up in a bit. I'm seeing major differences in my clothes now over the last month's worth of hitting it hard!
