An update on my broken toe.....its still sore, I'm still just biking for my cardio workout. I might try the rowing machine for 10 minutes tomorrow, I'll see if my foot is comfortable in the pedal straps. I walked on the treadmill today, but had to stop as I couldn't go fast enough to get my heart rate up before my foot was in pain. It's getting a little easier walking around in day to day life, my knee high leather boots still cause me a bit of pain...oh! but I do love my boots!
