ive been trying to diet for some time now, but i run into a constant problem each and everyday, i eat crappy (yet sometimes tasty) healthy foods...and i at around 6 when im supposed to have just had my last meal and be done eating for the day but i catch a glimpse of some sweet unhealthy foods and cant stop thinking about eating them and soon enough im stuffing my face...for anyone out there whos dieting, do you have any tips on how to eat your last meal of the day and close it off without the temptation to eat?
