Chunky_Soup's Weight Loss Diary

Well I don't have the net at home right now so I only go on at the library, and the little time only allows you to do so much. I went back today for my second meeting (had to change my day) I started the 'diet' on thursday today is Tuesday (only 5 days) and I lost 3 lbs!!! I really haven't went too hungry and have ate everything I like...it's awesome! I will be getting the net back at home soon so I will try to get on here more often...
 
UPDATE:

I have lost a total of 13lbs!!! And I am only 10lbs shy of losing 10% of my starting weight!!!

I have been riding my bike...this week alone over 20 miles!

Weigh in tomorrow:confused:

Wonder how it is going to go...didn't exericse but three days this week, been way too busy. However on those three days I did manage to ride 27.3 miles on my bike!
 
Having a small b-day party for one of my friends...which means I'm baking the cake. And I am really thinking of not even eating a slice....hmmm
 
Down another 1.75lbs, which makes a total of 16.75lbs!

Mini goal: lose my 10% (23lbs) by end of July (only 7 lbs in four weeks...very doable)

When I lose that I plan to start looking for a new car!
 
My this week has gone by soo fast! I haven't been able to get on my bike this week, and have a party to go to tonight. Oh my I better prepare myself! But tomorrow I am going to the mall...so that means a lot of walking. Weigh-in this week is Monday due to the Holiday...so I am just praying that I don't gain...at least lose 1lb!

We'll see...
 
I will be having a picnic on Tues and having lots of games that require activity. Volleyball and frisby and all kinds of other fun things.

Be back tomorrow with the weigh in!

At the mall I did weigh myself on one of those little machines and it said that I had lost about 2lbs...but we'll see!

Wow! That's a whole sack of dog food!!! Or a big bag of potatoes. Or four bags of flour. Or two 10 pound bowling balls. Or a toddler. :D
 
That number seems like so much, but I haven't noticed a very big change. Sure a few of my skirts are a little bigger...I'll be excited when all of my clothes are falling off, but it comes off a little at a time I guess...

So when did everyone really start noticing a derastic weight loss, and when did their friends?
 
I guess it depends on how much you have to lose - I mean, when people start to notice. I can wear clothes that I couldn't before, but I don't think people would notice any difference yet. My husband noticed yesterday, but so far that's the only person who has been able to tell on me. I expect by the time I have lost about 40 pounds, people will definitely see it. :)
 
Well you know that one piece of clothing that you always want to wear, but it's too tight on you. Well I have had this jean skirt that has been that way. Today I tried it on and it buttoned and zipped...a few more pounds down and I will actually be able to wear it outside...lol!

I'm just praying that I get my weight watchers booklet back so I can go on Tuesday next week...we'll see!

UPDATE: just went to my mail box after posting this and there it was!

Hi, chunky soup! WAY TO GO!!! You are doing so well! Keep up the great work! I'm doing Weight Watchers, too, but I'm very bad at being consistent with the weighing and measuring. It comes back to haunt me every time!

Down another 4lbs!!! And I reached my 10% loss of my starting weight goal!!!

I now weigh in at 208.75lbs

Only 8lbs until under 200
