Well another break, this time only a few weeks for various reasons. I have logged everything in my paper diary and actually weighed myself yesterday at 205lb so thrilled I haven't added more weight.
After a discussion with a colleague about weight loss, we have decided to support each other on a 100 days of happiness challenge. I am starting tomorrow an will weigh every 5 days with pics. Jogging every day and kettlebells. I have been quiet on here to bury my head in the sand, but I cannot do that with the bloke sat next to me at work.

Weight 206lbs
Weighed and pics before I started (pics in my before and after post)
Up early, jog and kb 300 feeling good for the next 100 days.
