Well what do I say, made redundant and up to 211lbs, given the external factors I have buried my head in the sand but with family support I am in a better place and ready to start again. Thanks to the support on here previously I feel you guys can help me.
POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE :)

... you lost it once, you'll lose it again! What's the plan?

Sunflower's post resonates so much for two reasons:
1. Confirmation - YES we can lose it again (I'm back to relose 85+ I lost previously
2. It generally starts with a plan. We might have days outside the plan but the trick really is, getting back on it as soon as possible!

Good for you for getting started again!
:)

I have started a physical diary I am now day 3 of a running streak and I am gradually removing poor food choices so like the last time I will do it at a sensible pace.

Well now at stage 2 end of week 1 referred to from now as 2.1 and so on, diet is getting better, gradually removing things rather than a shock to the system. Today is last bread day as we are having a picnic before the kids go to stay with my folks for half term. Weight is now 206.8, so 4.2lbs down. Happy with that.

Diet has not been quite as good as I would like, however, down to 205lbs so another 1.8 lbs off. Still on the running streak and feeling good.

Every step in the right direction is good Geordie. Slow weight-loss is better than no weight-loss. I'm glad you're feeling good :)

Sticking to the plan keeping a diary and running streak. This week weigh in saw me at 203.2 lbs. I know it is only a number but 190s here I come

Week 2.4
Weigh in remained 203.2lbs
Happy with that as we have been out for pizza and a couple of beers for fathers day. Running streak still going really positive.
