Week 11 weigh in, remained at 197.2lbs. Very happy with that as on saturday I was out to catch up with friends and had a few (read 9 pints) beers and bread for rhe first time in a while so I was expecting to be up. Running streak still going strong. Very happy today.

Week 12, this is the end of my initial trial period.
My wildest dream was 190lbs
Due to previous failures I thought I would put weight on.
However, I don't want to say finished, because of the support I have found here and that this is less a diet and more a new lifestyle but I am at 197lbs exactly and I am genuinely thrilled. :)

O wow, well done Geordie! Those pictures really show a massive difference and you aren't even using before/after tricks.

Well week 14, weight has gone back up but still under 200lbs so happy.

today will be the last day of the current running streak. Me and my wife are off to Dublin for a few days for our anniversary. I will post my totals later.

On friday I will be starting a 12 week programme, p90x. I will keep everyone up to date.

199.4 lbs disappointed but not surprised, a week off exercising for our anniversary and a trip to Dublin.
Started p90x back off bread etc.

Hi George! Looking good man.

Looks like we are in the same weight range (the 190s). Was having a slower weight loss week myself, like you. I think they are good every now and then, to give your body a break. But anyways, the challenge is to get started after that. I think a new exercise routine can be a great idea for that. Curious to see what p90x will bring for you!

Cheers Tri, my name is Nathan, the Geordie is from the fact I was born and bred in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Day 1 of p90x went well, so lets see what the future holds.

Hi, Nathan & a belated happy anniversary. Hope you had a great time. Good for you getting right back into it. Cheers, Cate.

Well, up again but I have to be honest with myself my diet has been awful, stunned still under 200 (just, 199.8 lbs). I have not been able to get in to the mindset for p90x, might try again another day. So started running again, a little slower than before, but I feel in a better place.

That's a shame that your diet has been awful Nathan. I hope you can find your motivation again to eat well. Don't give up. You can do this. Just take baby steps & replace bad food with good. You can do it :)

Since I'm another geordie - I just had to pop into your diary to say hello.
Sorry your having a bit of a struggle at the minute. Come back!
Join me in those baby steps - don't wait like I did until I'd gained a lot...
