Humps===I know.. the emotional eating is bad... all i want when I am down in the dumps is some salty junk food.. or ice cream.. whatever the situation calls for!!

Alta==You are right.. I rather have it all at one time... Although about 8 things at once is getting to be too much.. hopefully it will all be over soon!

BMac===i know i know one meal wont kill me!! but i need to be better!
 
Ok.... so somehow my next door neighbor talked me into going to a spinning class at 6am this morning?? I have never taken a spinning class and now I really admire the people that do that sh*t everyday! That was probably the hardest thing I have done in my life.... Not only was it boring but it was nearly impossible for me to move my legs! It felt like quick sand.. I didn't realize how weak I was! I might have to start going ever Friday morning so I can get better. Definitely not something I want to do more than once a week though!!

Wakeup: 5am

Breakfast- Fiber One Bar (140 calories)

Workout- 1 hour spin class

Snack- Apple (50 calories)
Crackers (50 calories)

Snack- 2 chocolate kisses (50 calories)

Lunch- steak sandwich
fries

Dinner- Fondue! entree and desert

....YOU know I felt the "sAme" way in the BEGINNING....I thought I was GOING to TOPPLE over, and baNG my head on the FRONT wheel of the BIKE....I would look at the CLOCK and it would SAY....10 mins :eek2:...WTF!!#@$!@!....I HAAAATEED it....which LIKE you, MOTIVATED ME to want TO DO IT more.!!!!! :iagree:

Believe it OR NOT...I LOOOOOVE SPINNING now....and the way I RIDE has GOTTEN so much better, I HAVE PURE ENDURANCE, I CAN DO IT, and the BEST part is.....I CLOSE my eyes.....and PICTURE riding alonside the COAST HIGHWAY......the BREEZE in my FACE, COOL WIND in my HAIR, and COLITAS coming AT THE END......and BEEEEEST of ALL....guess WHO IS MY RIDING PARTNER in my HEAD.....YuuuuupppppPPP........

...it's HIM, the MAN, the "LANCE ARMSTRONG man", the "MAN who OVERCAME CANCER of 2 types, TWICE", the "MAN who HAS WON awardsssss RIDING", the MAN who WILL NOT let "LIFE" take HIM DOOooooWn...., the "MAN", who has PROVEN TO HIMSELF, that "ANYTHING" is POSSIBLE, and theeeee "MAN", that I FOR SUREeeee am NOOOOOT GOING to "LET DOWN"........soooooo WHAT DO I DO and TELL MYSELF, ....."PEDALLLLLL BIiiiiiIIIIATCH, KEEeeeEp PEDDALINGggggGGG, PUmmmmppppPP it, and DON'T BE A PUSSY!!!".....:smilielol5:......I MEAN come ONNNNN....."LANCE" didn't CHOSE to RIDE with YOUUuuuu ;) CAUSE you are A "PUSSSSAAAAYYY"!!!!....LMAOOOOOO!!!!

Awe, you poor thing! That always happens to me too when I find out I'm doing into debt over a car bill. I crave fries! So I end up eating a snack wrap or a burger with it too. I think it makes me feel better, then a few hours later, I feel like I have a food hangover. Does that ever happen to you?

Tonight I ordered onion rings and they left it off the order by accident. I used to get so mad about that, but now I think it's a sign. It's happened a few times over the year now. lol

Walking 5 miles to work is awesome! You burned off that McDs no problem. Good job!

Honestly.. the only reason I did it was to make a new friend! I am glad i went though :) It was really hard! If I did that about 3 times a week and ate well I bet I'd lose like 10 lbs ASAP!

Yeah I know what you mean about them leaving the food off!!! Thats a good thing bc you KNOW you would have eaten them if you would have gotten them!!

Haha.. it was a 5 minute walk not a 5 mile walk to work! i would die if i had to make that 4 times in one day!!
