WAY to GO....that's MUCH better than YOU have been DOING....keep it up, and I BET you in one week YOU will GET SOME RESULTS!!!!! It helps so much more WRITING it down, you feel kinda GUILTY having to write down all the CRAPOLA!!!Ok.. so it's the start of a new week AND MONTH in this Vegas challenge I am doing.. I am definately at a plateau and starting to get discouraged bc I have been working hard and not seeing any results.. I am going to tweek things a little bit this week and try to get some results..

Wakeup: 9:15 am
Breakfast- One slice light wheat toast (40 calories)--- i know I was in a hurry.. almost missed my class at the gym!
Gym- 1 hour body works class (free weights to music full body)
30 minutes elliptical/ step
Lunch- 1/4 rotisserie chicken white meat
1/2 baked sweet potato
small portion of baby lima beans
sweet tea
Snack- fruit snacks (80 calories)
1 piece lindt dark chocolate
Dinner- baby shower-
cheese cubes
2 chicken fingers
3 mini breads
4 chocolate strawberries
1 slice cake

Nice work! Keep at it, logging your food definitely helps. I read something the other day that said, people who record everything they eat lose twice as much as people who don't.
Yesssss YOU CANI read that same article.. and it definitely does work if you can keep up with it... Hopefully I can do it longer than a few weeks this time!

GOOD FOR youuuu on MAKING workout BUDDIES!!!Ok so... yesterday I didnt get to workout like I wanted to because my hamstring was so tight but i did get in a nice walk and some swimming.... nothing intense though.. today my hamstring is feeling a little better but my knee is bothering me! If its not something its another.. I met a girl in my neighborhood who I am going to start walking with everyday and I am also going to try to hit the gym after work if my knee gets to feeling better.

AWwwww....Ok... so yesterday was TERRIBLE.. I was so motivated this week and set on getting 3 points everyday... then my car breaks and i spend all day taking it to get it fixed and when they told me how much it was going to cost i went into a funk and ate mcdonalds... haha that is how i console myself i guess.. french fries!
Well one thing that has come about my car being in the shop is that i had to walk to work today! It is just a 5 minute walk.. but hey.. i have to make it 4 times today so now I know what it feels like to be a New Yorker..
